It's usually pretty good. At my complex if they charge $2 to wash $2 to dry. The laundromat is only two blocks from my house so I just go there instead and last time I went it was nice and quiet. Nobody was there every once a while though the dryer. She's still your quarters but other than that is pretty good place. they were closed quite a while for remodeling and every time I asked him what when the open date is they tell me and that date passes with no open date. So just beware of that. UPDATE..... They are open and better than ever. The washers are brand new. They've got four different choices for sizes of washers. The drivers are still the same but I'm sure they work a lot better. I'm sure they've been updated. If you download the app you get free $5 in credit and when you refill yours if you put 20 on your on the account you get an extra $10 so it's it's awesome. It's amazing! Got to come check it out! UPDATE: IV YOU WANNA DO LAUNDRY WITHOUT PAINT OUT FROM HEAT & LACK OF AIRFLOW... DO NOT GO HERE!! TALKED TO OWNER BOUT THIS ISSUE & HE SHOWED ABSOLUTELY NO CONCERN. ALL HE SAID WAS EVERYONE IS DEALING WITH HEAT. I AM SUGGESTING LEE'S LAUNDROMAT ON LOMBARD & DENVER.
I like the place and the prices are really good. The only thing I DID NOT LIKE is that I got overcharged by the dispenser machine, the price says 1 dollar for a cookie but I got charged 5 😩 not fair. If I knew it was 5 dollars I would never have bought it, the worst part is that I got 2😩x2. …
Came here on a Monday morning to do my laundry. No one was in the shop, I was delighted. The place appears clean but there aren’t any garbage cans except at the very back of the spot which is annoying. But the part that really earned this score was how NONE OF THE DRYERS WORK. I had two weeks of wet laundry and it took a half hour for me to start any of them. With no help from the owner, btw. There was no one here to help when something went wrong. I get the feeling this guy is someone who overcommits and underperforms — either have this business and take it seriously or do whatever tf else you’re doing half assed full time. I bet it’s real estate. Really bummed this place sucks. But I had to find quarters to dry my clothes because the tech you tout DOES NOT WORK.
Clean and nice new machines! Their new laundry service is fantastic. Easy and fair pricing. Highly recommend using them.
Over run my homeless people who steal your laundry. This woman in particular. I was able to get my laundry basket from her but I didn’t want to even touch my bed sheets after they were mixed with her garbage
New ownership really cleaned the place up. Bright and fresh. Brand new washers that take cards and even hook up to an app that notifies you when your laundry is done.
Meh it’s open, it’s clean, laundry washer and dryers are current and up to date. No bathroom and no baskets to transfer laundry from washer to dryer. Otherwise price is reasonable.
So annoying that internet isn’t good… considering they promote using it for making machines work. Also have bigger signs when a machine is broken. And for the price have someone clean out the dryer vents. This place is a joke!
Clean. Quiet for a laundry mat. Got in and out. Prices seemed high but I have not been to one in a while
I come here to do my laundry when it’s too much and I want to get all done in one go. It is usually quiet when I come by and I can just enjoy it. It’s also pretty affordable. It’s also nice they have pay with card cause I’ve ran out of quarters before. Dryers take a little longer to dry but it’s always been an issue at every laundromat I go to. I do wish that a place I can sit and do homework or something while I wait. Edit 4/24/23 While I still think it’s a decent, peaceful spot for laundry, I’m knocking off 2 star because of something that happened. The website clearly stated that the last load is at 8:30, but at exactly 8:30, a guy showed up, rushing me because they were supposedly closing. Oddly enough, both the website and Google/Apple Maps said they close at 10. He just stood there watching me pack my laundry away, completely killing the chill vibe. If they’ve changed their hours, they really need to update their website. Being rushed resulted in some of my clothes still being damp. And this wasn’t the first time; the same guy did something similar during my last visit, although he didn’t say anything then, just watched. It’s disappointing because I’ve noticed they’ve been making little updates to make the place cute.
