Laundry Express - Vinita

Never again will I go to this place. 1. Change machine does not work 2. Most of the washers/dryers didn't work and no signs to let you know. You lose your money. 3. Soap vending machine is out of order. 4. No bathrooms 5. Soap dispenser in the machines are dirty, clauged with soap from other people. Some have bleach sitting in them that it not noticed will ruin your entire load. 6. Very dirty. 7. Can't use your debt card in the machines because there is no Internet service to verify your card for approval. 8. Very dirty. No attendant or workers to help or a phone number to contact anyone about the issues. There is really nothing good I can possibly say about this place.

This place is absolutely disgusting. Nothing is clean. Everything is covered in dog hair. The large machines don't work and are growing mold in the dispensers. Worst laundromat I've ever been in.

A washer just kept $1.50 of ny laundry money abd won't return it. The coin insert is now clogged. Some machines do not work and have no out of order signs on them. Putting coins in one is a gamble.

It sucks having to Be at the point of having to depend on public laundry facilities in order to have clean clothes. Makes it worse to go into set establishment and have to worry enough if they’ve got enough coins to wash their clothes let alone rewash them by not coming clean due to filth and smell of the washers some days. Yes, the woman that has been cleaning it or at least did in the winter, did the best she could with the situation. But the owner ought to Either have someone monitoring cameras or have someone there intermittently during the day. If he’s not concerned with it, I hope he goes down there one day and sees the pain on someone’s face of washing his and his child’s clothes because he has no other option on top of the filth, time constraints, wasting money on broken machines, I know theres shitty people Who just exist to cause havoc, but some of us who have to use laundromats are barely surviving as it is. if I could afford to go buy new clothes because the washer or dryer ruined them or left an odor in them, I wouldn’t be using a public facility to wash those clothes.

No words to express my displeasure. Had to do my laundry and nearest other facility 30 min. It needs more than TLC and proper managment. Positive change machine actually worked. If oncould post my video I would.

I don't see this place staying open much long I've lived in vinita about year now when we first started going it was great. Now you better hope you catch someone in to use the one they are using bc you don't know what works or you see people in there at night with Magnets stealing time on dryers the people that take care of it don't even lock it up like they are supposed so the night walkers go in and destroy it

DO NOT LEAVE CLOTHES OR BASKETS OF CLOTHES ON FLOOR. Just seen the biggest most disgusting BEDBUG CRAWLING ACROSS THE FLOOR!!!. I REPEAT BEDBUG!! Most 275 machines work all right one of the 525 machines is out, the 825 and 850 machines took people's money today. Most all the dryers work pretty well. The place is mostly clean , except for some dryer sheets on the floor . But it is confirmed there is a hole drilled in the bathroom wall that leads to the utility room behind the owner's office. Just an FYI

Very clean. Washer cleaned everything to perfection. Plenty of dryers to choose from. Load actually got dry on medium heat in one cycle. Friendly people were also using the machines. They even had a bill changer so I didn't have to run to the store and get change. The larger machines use your debit card for convenience. Inside temp was warm and comfortable.

Really Overpriced, It's Costing Us About $30ish To Wash && Dry 3 Loads Of Laundry. Also My Husband Noticed A Hole In The Bathroom That Views Right Into Some Sort Of Utility Room, This Needs To Be Addressed && Repaired. I As A Woman Would Not Use The Restroom Here For Obvious Safety Reasons.

Broken machines with no signs on them, thankfully I didn't put my money in but I did lose soap. They don't clean really well. My clothes stunk even after washing. The dryers take forever! And they had a weed clinic in the laundry mat didn't seem appropriate to for people to be discussing thier medical issues over video chat in front of everyone.

very disapointed!!! what they show in thier pictures are nothin like what you get. place was disgusting & only 3 chairs to sit in & they were dirty.

It has a lot of machines that work all the time the dryers are very good they even have slots that you can use your credit card to if you don't have any cash to run the machine has a change machine as assault machines if you don't have soap it's very clean I like it very much

Dirty washers that cost in excess of $9 a load because you select hot water. And if that's not enough...the washers barely put enough water in for your clothes to actually wash thoroughly and get them clean. I do not recommend this laundry …

Two big machines took my money. Had to finish it four other machines. Cost me about $29.00.

First time I've had to use a laundromat in 25 years...so it was a BIT more expensive than last time...but machines worked VERY well, facility was relatively clean, and security cameras made us feel safer being there, since it was late at night.

The place smells rancid, it's so hot inside that it's better to be out in the summer heat then in the facility, the machines are so over priced and filty it's unbelievable. Better to drive to another town then use the one in Vinita.

It's not clean, machines are broke and you get knocked down by the smell of the CBD shop next door! If there was another laundry mat in this town I would definitely go there!

Price are ok I guess could be cheaper by a little bit. When 1 load cost about $15 something has to give. Getting my own washer and dryer at least I'll own it n a few months compared to fattening someone else's pocket!!!!

I went and put six dollars into one of the big machines, and it turned out that it didn’t work. There were no out of order signs and all I wanted was to wash my laundry. Now I’m six dollar short out of laundry money and when I try to call the phone number nobody answers. I would give zero stars if I could

I had to go e 1 star just to be able to give a review. The machine took my money and wouldn't even work. The phone number listed isn't even accepting calls. Don't waste your time.
