so many machines broken. with how much money the machine here eat you may as well just pay for dry cleaners. Eveey machine in the photos does not work at all. Avoid at all costs. You've been warned. Lmao

It's a laundromat. You need coins! There is a Chase bank down the street. The place is well maintained by the staff who are courteous and helpull if you have an issue.

This is the Richland Ave location as of 12:33p on Tues afternoon. Big washer stopped on rinse with ERDN flashing on screen with 10 more minutes to go. No way to call anyone to see what I can do. Do I come back at 9pm when they come to lock doors? I put another $5.25 in to see if that would work. NOPE! HELP They came & got my qash. It was to heavy for the washer. She split the load & rewashed them for me. So super nice! Thank you so much! Mary W

100% will not come here again. No customer service at all. $30 lost because the washers stopped mid way or didn't even spin the water out of the clothes. I have spent $120 in this laundromat and the machines rob me of $30 of it. No number to call and there's a half inch of water on the floor from a washer leaking. (UPDATE) Now the washer stopped working and has my wife's clothes locked in it. SMH. Now I'm pissed.

Clean and orderly. Washers washed and dryer dried. However, it was so hot in this place, I could hardly breathe. It was only 9am. Open some doors or turn on the a/c. It was miserable.

Ever think of getting the washers and dryers repaired????? 19 dryers not working. 24 washers. All the regular washers list $2.25 except 1, which has $1.75. Why?

Not even a 1 rate. Old lady w a dirty mop insists cleaning while customers are still in dirty restroom and asked me to leave after I told her it's a liability if someone slips and falls. She smelt like an ashtray. Uck

None of the large capacity washers that I needed were in working order. I did use a midsize washing machine but, the first dryer I tried took my money but didn’t work. I looked up the business number and it said the number is disconnected and no longer in use. Someone is picking up the money from these machines. Athens desperately needs a decent, dependable laundromat. The one on Stimson was closed.

Would love to know how much money they collect from broken machines. If you have this many broken machines, go test them all yourself before I waste money just for them not to work. Anytime I’ve been here before close and there happens to be a worker here, they are rude and barely do anything. This is like the only place to go and it’s still trash

Came in today after the other location was closed due to repairs. Doing our traveling laundry stop in between jobs. While it's clean, washers are horrible. Only half are available right now due to pipe replacements and some just now working. No large machines for blankets, had to wash one blanket twice because machine is so small. Another lady's clothes got stuck in one when it quit halfway. Won't be back.!!

It was quiet, the change machines work better than the other laundromat in town. There are only two sizes of washers and one size of dryer. It was really quiet, there was hardly anyone else there so it was relaxing, but half of the machines are out of order.

They have mini arcade games for waiting, or to occupy children while doing laundry, vending machines for little snacks as well. Not all the dryers were available, however the prices were decent for laundry, and games, vending prices were a little high, not too bad and we all had a great experience.
