It's good enough. I go when having to wash large items and it's clean and mostly issue-free. Card system that's used to pay for the machines need to be updated

Had some working washers and dryers. The card creating machine didn't work right. But we were able to wash and dry our laundry while on our way home on vacation.

Stopped here to wash bedding. Very pleased! Place is very clean. Incredible number and variety of washers (ranging from $4 to $10 per wash) Stacked dryers (one quarter for 7 minutes) Staff were observed cleaning seats and tables. Adequate number of rolling baskets - all in great shape. Staff were helpful. You can pay by phone or change bills for quarters. Clean bathroom. Decent vending area but you can walk to Piada, Subway, Skyline and McD’s. Not a lot of seating. Two tables with four chairs - all other seats lined up by windows. No available outlets for charging. My usual laundromat was closed for the day. Glad I found this one!

Always nice and clean. But you guys started closing one side at night. I don't like that. Often time people leave there laundry in the dryer, like they live there. Then I have to be really close to everyone else. But I still give you 5 stars cause you guys are the best.

Have been to the City Limits Laundry in Covington and had a good experience, but NOT here! First of all, it was my first time coming to this location and none of the employees attempted to help me until I had to ask for help. The employees are NOT the friendliest people! Second, most of the products to buy from the dispenser machine were sold out. Third, most of the dryers had an out-of-order sign of them. Even though, I will have a few dollars remaining on my laundry card, I ended up giving it to another guest because I will DEFINITELY NOT be returning to this location! I am sorry, but this location has lost my business. Please do yourself a favor and find another laundromat with friendlier employees and working machines!

The workers here are awesome so long as you show them respect of course that's what we all want. You'll get the respect that you give. We all go through hard times, we all have bad days, so take stuff like that into account when you visit any kind of business including this one. I would recommend to any random stranger and have recommended to all my family if you ever need to use laundromat this is the place to go!

Been here a couple times before over a few years. It has changed ownership a couple times. First visit I used a top loader washer, set it to hot water and only got cold. Attendant did nothing. Went back today and half the washers and dryers were out of service. Had to use a top loader again and still only got cold water. Both water fill hoses were running cold water. Asked attendant about it,she just seemed bothered by my question. The dryer worked great. As I was folding my clothes I noticed they didn't smell fresh and clean. Wont be back. If you want clean clothes find a better place.

The staff is great, the prices are fair, and the place is spotless. Beware of the clientele, however. I've been going to this place for over a year, and it just gets worse and worse. People are selfish and couldn't care less about anyone else. They're loud, rude, block other cars in the parking lot, play their music so loud in their cars, you can't listen to your own. If you are not the dominant race, be prepared to get eyed like you don't belong. And I just expect at this point to get hassled for money every time I go.

Totally disappointed tonight 😞. If you advertise 24 hours then STAY OPEN. I told my daughter about the laundry, she met me there at 9 pm. We were told that the laundry was closing early but were not given a reason. Other customers were …

The machines work fine, which is the only reason I’m not giving a lower rating. Most of the time, you can’t find an employee on duty. It’s also a huge minus that the phone number is disconnected — I have no way of getting my items out of the lost and found. I’ll be finding a different laundromat.

Very nice place and regardles on others reviews, the staff is very helpful and sweet. Just dont take your kids there to run around unwatched. Place was very clean and bathrooms were spotless. I am planning on comeing back. I hope this helps make ip your mind.

I pulled up this laundrymat at 4:07 am and it was closed, it was a guy sitting in there so I knocked on the door, the guy sat there like he didn’t even see me. I waited about thirty minutes and returned, and I saw the guy over on the left …

24 hours and accepting credit cards is super convenient....it's 4 stars I stead of 5 only because it smelled a little off, like they mopped with a dirty mop and a chair was broken..

Nice and clean. All the equipment works well. Kept really clean in washers,as well as, dryers.large capacity washers do a great job on rugs, large stuffed animals etc.

It's actually not as bad as I thought it was going to be but make sure you have the right amount of change or your walking to the store

Clean facility that is spacious and well lot. Front-load and top load washing machines available for modest price. Machines accept a reloadable card rather than coins.

Use a Laundry Card. Expensive and card machines were down.

It has plenty of washers & dryers for plenty of customers....very convenient, plus it has about 6 large screen TV's....
