Do not trust this business with your clothing! They ruined an heirloom jacket, have been waiting on a call from the owner and haven't heard a word! The manager was nice and considerate, admitted they ruined my daughters jacket....but unfortunately it can't be replaced. We will no longer be taking our things to them as they also did a horrible job on a suit.

They misplaced my dad's clothes for WEEKS. We called several times and the clerk was short and seemed irritated. Each time we called she said they'd figure out what happened and call back... they never did. We explained that my Dad had just passed away and the clothes were really important to us, which didn't seem to effect their sense of urgency. I finally called and reached a different person who was helpful and she located the items. When my mom went to pick them up (8 weeks after dropping them off) they charged her full price.

They lost my jacket that was over $300. The worker’s attitude is the worst. She won’t even let me talk to the manager. The worst customer serves ever. If you’re looking for the rudest recipes, you got jackpot. HERE is your place This place is a disgrace. It’s unfortunate I can’t rate 0. Don’t go there. I went to the place again today and met a lady. She said they lost her pants too.

The wash dry fold service needs to have the dryer repaired desperately. The amazing young lady that overseas things at the dry cleaning location is extremely professional, polite, and does a great job for what the owners leave her to work with. Thanks for all you do.

Was told it would take 2 weeks for my items to be dry cleaned, but they had my items for over 3 months and continually wouldn't return my calls or emails. I finally found out they lost several of my items and gave me what they "hoped" was mine. Very unprofessional and rude instead of apologetic and professional. I'll go out of town for my dry cleaning before I would ever use them again.
