Impressed Dry Cleaning

Unfortunately this dry cleaner has neither the experience or expertise to dry clean silk clothing. They recently ruined two dresses: French pleated silk that their new presser destroyed because he pressed out the pleats. You can see in the pics below. The owner, a kind man, said he’d take care of it. He tried to press the pleats back which was a failed attempt because the pleats came out entirely on their own. The pink dress was purchased brand new at Nordstrom just before our trip in May and destroyed upon our return. The second dress was purchased last summer. Both are useless and will be dropped of at this dry cleaner as a reminder of what not to do. They lost a NA client and we have signed up with Westerville Cleaners as this is the Drycleaner that our neighbors use. We’ve noticed a dramatic difference in the quality. I just wish we had made the switch a couple of years ago. Lowest possible recommendation.

Great service! Best price in a 5 mile radius for dry cleaning suits. Friendly staff and are always greeted with a smile and warm welcome! UPDATE: I would caution laundering shirts here though, they are definitely on the pricier side, definitely will be looking at an alternative spot for shirts. Still great service and friendly staff.

Very pleased with this cleaners. We decided to try them recently and we have been very happy. The service is great, and the clothes look great. In addition, they have a tennis shoe cleaning service. I took 6 pairs there and they came back looking like brand new. Amazing. Highly highly recommended.

I called and wanted queen size or full size comforters and sheet sets washed. They want 36 to $50 or more... PER ITEM! Imagine paying 50 bucks to clean one comforter when you've got a half a dozen or more. I could go to Target or any other store and buy them cheaper brand new. I guess when you're located in New Albany you can charge any kind of amount and people there just simply don't care. No thank you.

I called to asked "how much would it be to press 2 dresses?" "$12." "Okay thanks." I arrive 5 minutes later with my two dresses. She asked when I need them and my name and address. I go to pick up the dresses and suddenly it's $68 for both dresses. I was told that nothing can be done and that the owner was not there. They tried to call the owner and "the owner wanted to talk to me," on their sweaty phone. No thanks. I paid and left. And I will NEVER be back! This place is super sketchy!!!! Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! Also if you're the owner- please refund my over charge and I will gladly retract this review. Things happen and mistakes get made but until proven otherwise avoid this place.

Dropped off a very expensive designer polo. Spilled raspberry, blueberry, blackberry and strawberry all down the front of it. It literally was the first time I wore it. Polo was returned to me in perfect condition. So very happy with the outcome having called the Burberry store and corporate office to help me with an exchange or discounted replacement in which I was told “tough luck” from a billion dollar company. Glad to see local businesses still believe in customer service. Thank you so much.

I will admit, we were impressive at the beginning when we started to use their impeccable service BUT as time went on we had two major disappointments and was surprised of the outcome of customer service to remedy both issues. We thought they would be our forever cleaners but not so. We will not go back to this cleaning store again.

I have had several alterations and repairs done through this company. Always perfect! Also, they are the nicest people on the planet!! We have them pick up and deliver weekly. I won't trust anyone else!!

Friendly and courteous staff. Had a zipper installed on a coat and they communicated options and pricing before doing anything. Service with a smile! Hard to get that anymore.

I have used this dry cleaner many times and have always been satisfied with their work and their pricing.
