Amy's Laundromat

It was my first time coming here. I really like this laundromat except cleanliness. It has 4 kinds of washer, $2.75 to $9, which I liked the most. They use enough water to wash your clothes, unlike CleanRite whonis very shy to use water. The only thing I didn't like was that the machines were really dirty. I hope management will take care of this issue.

Guang Xiu laundromat replaced Rocky Hill Pharmacy and the many subsequent failures of businesses that cropped up. I could be wrong about the dryers and washers but the fact that they are 180 machines...the place is a beast. It is quiet in the mornings, but gets louder and louder as the day progresses. Th quiet in the morning to go then but in the afternoon and night it is pretty wild man. You meet some interesting characters. The machines are not the newest but they are quite heavy duty. That said, the entire operation is coin operated...and the largest machines are usually broken. It's open rain or shine 24/7 365.

It seems ownership has changed. Improvements are being made that address some complaints I have read in reviews. All coin dispensers seem to be working, I noticed new staff cleaning up, new lighting, TVs, general appearance upgrades, removal of broken machines etc. The place will only be as clean as customers are. Why any adult would leave/drop/toss dryer sheets on the floor with as many garbage pails as there are throughout the store is confounding. Customers are the ones spilling detergent and softener on top of the machines and walking away. Customers block doors and machines with carts and park selfishly in the lot that prevent anyone else from getting in or out of the lot. Customers are just as responsible for themselves as the staff is for cleanliness and respect towards others.

Bad customer service. Super rude workers. Workers don’t help you out if the machine is not working and don’t give you refund if the machine doesn’t start. TRASH SERVICE AND PLACE

Bad customer service. My dryer didnt work and i asked the lady working there to fix it or give a refund she refused and spoke rudely. I have been sitting there for 30 minutes for letting my clothes dry and it didnt work. i had to put money again and let them dry in another machine. If she would have told me that i cant get my money back nicely it wont be a matter. TRASH PLACE. DONT COME

Great laundry with excellent prices. Good washers and dryers. Used to be 24 hour service but now that's changed. They sell all types of detergent, bleach and softener if needed.

So bad. The washers were not working (most of them), my money got stuck in the machine and didnt get it back, etc etc worst experience of my life oick ANY other laundromat

Everything you need 6 dollar wash is a great size 25 cent dry can't beat it

The place doesn’t even deserve one star, didn’t need to contact staff but I spoke outloud about buying the place and refurbishing it and lowering prices by law due to the fact of black mold build in the machines, must mean more mold somewhere else, to the point of the staff hearing me and trying to put mold solution. The machines don’t run hot water, on top of raising the prices for machines that don’t FULLY run. If they had hot water and modern it would make sense. Terrible dirty place to take your clothes to CLEAN. Black mold everywhere on the machines and soap lids

TORE 2 of my tights !! I came to confront them , they refused it , apparently from working 20 years it never happened, I threw it out , right in front of them , came back 2 min later to take a pic , they took the pants out the garbage , they are absolutely disgusting and low for this . Never will i come back . If you purchase from them keep all of the receipts !!
