Cleaning Village

THEY CLOSE EARLY SOMETIMES AND TURN OFF YOUR DRYING CLOTHES AND LEAVE THEM WET IN THE DRYER OVERNIGHT. This has happened to me twice now. the first time i gave the benefit of the doubt thinking they might have had an emergency and that’s why they closed early. They did it again last night, closed over 1/2 hour early with my clothes still in the dryer and opened the dryer doors to stop them, leaving my clothes wet in the dryer overnight. They don’t offer to rewash( because clothes are now stinky) they don’t even offer to pay for my clothes to finish drying because they cut the time i paid for when they opened the dryer. i really enjoyed that this laundry mat wasn’t as busy as others but i see now why. won’t ever come back.

Decided to try this laundromat. Took my stuff home and had a bed bug infestation. Disgusted and highly disappointed.

Machines are outdated and barely work ! Slow as he'll and also not the cleanest. There's also a Spanish girkthat works there 24/7 that washes more of her own personal clothing than the customers coming in. She's using up all the carts washing her clothes for free while paying customers have to work around her. Yay :) thanks cleaning village :))))))

This a great location to do your laundry! Washing machine and dryers do a Great Job! This is not a dry cleaning place! Make sure that you look at the care label on your clothes before you wash it.

Extremely unprofessional business. Dropped my clothes off for the wash and fold services one day. Later on that same day I received a phone call letting me know that my clothes were ready for pickup, and was told I could come pick it up anytime before 830pm that same day. At 5:30pm I arrived at the location to come pick up my clothes and there was no staff to attend to me and give me back my clothes. I was waiting for almost an hour at the location until someone arrived to give me my clothes back. Avoid this place at all costs. How can you run a business and have no staff during business hours? I’m never coming back here and advise no one reading this review goes to this place .

Quite normaly and clean...however the attendant is never there.....so there is NO ACCESS TO A BATHROOM 😔😫 So to update I will NEVER RETURN... .I understand the world is in a mess over the Covid...but the attendant using that excuse for everything. I work in a retail business with public restrooms and here again no use of the bathroom cause of covid? Its a single use room so social distancing shouldn't be an issue unless she was coming with me. Mind you she was the ONLY PERSON IN THE BUILDING cant get much more social distancing than that. My previous visit I was told I couldn't fold my clothes on the table, but she said nothing to the women in the front window folding her stuff, this attentant blows my mind. I would rather inconvenience my drive than to use this business again.

My husband's dress suit was not done well. My husband's pants to the suit was wrinkled. He had to steam them himself. All of his other clothing has been done well.

The owner is good, but the assistant who sits inside the office is an arrogant Cartel member - their job is just a cover. Go to Federal St, the staff aren't arrogant Cartel members.

No ATM. Lied about atm location. Dirty and poor customer service(Didnt wear uniform or stand out, approach was not personable)

Nice and quiet. I enjoy doing laundry there.
