Magic Cleaners

If I could give zero stars I would...BEWARE of Magic Cleaners (next to Sorrento's)! I brought my favorite sweater (yeah I'm a Snoopy fan) in to be dry cleaned and they absolutely ruined it. When I got it back, they tried to cover it up by sewing a felt heart on it to cover the massive hole they put in it. Although they did reimburse for the value of the sweater after my husband went to complain, the dishonesty by trying to cover it up and pass it off without explanation is unacceptable. They also ruined one of my husband's business shirts with a burn mark on the cuff, and has lost more buttons from this place. Will NOT be going back there. Pix to show original, cover up and the massive hole in the sweater. Go at your own risk.

The clothes were nicely cleaned but the woman was extremely rude to me when I dropped off my clothes and when I picked them up. I tried explaining something about one of my dresses and she didn't even let me finish talking. Very poor customer service

They have an exception service. If you need fast service for next day and for special occasions, they will bring their plant to make sure your clothes gets clean on time. Their services are spectacular.

I got my wedding dress a month ago and I was so happy. It was washed beautifully and looked new without any damage.

Do not go here they rip you off. Dropped off 5 shirts to be washed and pressed. They dry cleaned them 3 of the shirts out right said do not dry clean. $ 38 dollars their response was the lady at the counter didn’t understand just wash. Go down the street to the dry cleaner at the corner of Eagle Rock and Eisenhower Park Way.

I mostly get my husband’s shirts dry cleaned here frequently and they turn out great. It saves me from ironing myself.
