I’ve been going to this establishment for several years and the service has been excellent. My experience includes alterations which came back on time and were very well done. We also very much appreciate the manager’s honesty when my requests for alteration could not be properly completed or admittedly unreasonable. We highly recommend this place to our friends and family.

The dry cleaning is fine but my recent alteration was a disaster. On top of messing up the alteration, the seamstress was very argumentative, which made it really unpleasant.

What a Pathetic Service. I went in there to ask if I give her (some old lady behind the counter)the shirts for laundry that I would be able to get at the very next day, she responded by saying yes and then asked me to make sure that I had unbuttoned all the shirts. I told her that I did but she insisted for me to recheck again(very annoying as I have never been asked in the past by any drycleaners). Once I made sure that all the shirts were unbuttoned, I wanted to reconfirm that I would be able to get the laundry by the next day and her response was that you're scaring me. If the owner of the dry cleaning place is not even sure of when they can deliver, I am not not sure if I'll be using them ever. I would rather use the dry cleaner up the street on apple tart whenever using these guys again.

I had my husbands suit dropped off for a wedding. They promised they would have it done in time. The day it was supposed to be ready (yesterday) we went at 6:30 to pick up since google says they are open until 7 and they were closed. Today is the day of the wedding and there is a sign on the door that they are closed Thursday (today) and again their hours show open all day. Now my husband doesn’t have his suit for the wedding.

I get my shirts dry-cleaned and pressed at this place every two weeks or so, and it's an easy, quick, and pleasant experience every time! Prices are reasonable as well. I enjoy the fact that the owner plays classical music in the store!

The service was extremely poor. None of my clothes appear clean, stains remain, and to top it off, they misplaced my shirt, insisting they never received it.

Reasonably priced and efficient. Great customer service as well. All of my shirts and jackets have come back in perfect, like new condition.

The owner is very nice and does a wonderful job with dry cleaning and is great at alterations

Just picked up my clothes few days back and they had very bad musty smell. Have to rewash at home. Won't be going there again.

Friendly and affordable cleaners! Did a great job on our Winter coats and my husband's suit.
