Final Rinse Laundromat

Unprofessional in this place . I called the number listed in the front of the laundromat about one of there change machines taking my $20 and only giving me 0.75 cents as my change and when I called in regards to the issue about the change machine Miss Gwen said to fill out a form and slide it under the door in the back . I stated to her that was my only $20 to wash clothes for me and my daughter and she giggled and told me to use a debit card if it makes it easier. NO IT DOESN’T MAKE IT EASIER ! I told her it was my only $20 . I like how people run their businesses not caring for their customers. Now they going to make me wait 2 weeks to refund me my money . She said she’ll check to see if there was a problem are you kidding me .

The dryers are awful!! The lint traps being cleaned out once a day is the worst thing I've ever heard for a laundry mat to do except for it being the way they scam more money from the customers because it takes over an hour to dry less than half a load of laundry and it's not like it's all towels or anything heavy like jeans either.. super not impressed and won't be going back and I'll be suggesting other places to people when i see or hear of them needing a good laundry mat, I'd even suggest the one right down town Franklin over this one if you can sit with your clothes and wait so nobody goes in and takes anything.. between the 2 of them, Franklin really needs a better place to do laundry

Seems like I am seeing the same complaint on why I’m leaving this review, to have some lady, tell me how much clothes to put in the dryer talking about a weight limit when she had no idea how much my clothes weight to begin with put in them into a six load washer and dryer then threatened to kick me out if I did not listen it just seems like a money scam and they want people to spend more money number one there are no such thing number two. I’ve never had issues and have been doing it all year long.

Just went to this laundromat to dry clothes I had washed at home. The worker was extremely rude and hostile. I went in at 8:22 which is after the 8 when IT IS POSTED last wash, but I only had to dry. The worker became very aggravated and told me I had to leave last wash was at 8 after telling him all I had to do was dry he told me No the last wash is at 8. Again I explained they are washed they just need to be dried. Then I was told I can not dry my clothes there because I did not wash them there and it was unsanitary. Ok. It is not posted ANYWHERE that you can’t dry clothes there AND my clothes were cleaner than this employee. It would not have been that bad of an experience if the worker was actually nice about all this but he was rude before I even opened my mouth. I walked in with a smile greeting this man and was met with extreme hostility. Do better people. I will never visit this establishment again after this experience. If you like being treated like pond scum this is the place to go.

the woman that owns the laundromat told me to hurry up and put my laundry in. I was completely insulted. I was separating a carload of laundry and she’s telling me to hurry up and get your wash in. I am never coming here again. Horrible customer service if I could give this zero stars I would they just lost out on a $60 wash. I spend at least a couple hundred dollars a month on laundry and this woman was completely rude and I will never be coming here again So unprofessional, I couldn’t believe that she came up to me and told me that I need to hurry up and asked if I had put clothes in my washing machine yet and I said no with a Question And she’s like well you’re taking too slow and you really need to start hurrying up I am going to voice this all over and going to To send her to the cleaners, I’m going to inform everyone that I know that does laundry to never go here and how horribly I was treated

I go there every week at least twice. The washers are clean and smell good. The dryers are very good as drying time. It is usually clean except for dryer sheets that people do not pick up.The people working there are very helpful. I recommend this place to everyone. They also have coin machines there or you can use your debt or credit,pay pal, apple pay,Google pay. What more could you ask for? Also has a large parking lot.

Washers have mold on all the dispensers and stink like mold. Way over priced! For shame!!!!!!

I come here constantly, and have been for the better part of 5 years. However having someone tell me how much laundry I can and can't put into my dryers, then having that same person WATCH me while I load my clothes, is not only impolite and rude, but immensely unprofessional. I'm not paying you or any of your employees to wash or dry my clothes. I know limits on dryers, not gonna let someone who doesn't even know me talk to me like I'm stupid. Definitely lost a customer after today.

The prices at this laundromat are completely insane. 11.25 for a wash and 0.25 for 3 mins with the dryer. This is a HUGE increase from their previous prices. I will never come back and will advise everyone I know to avoid this place well.

I have been going here for a couple of years. Most of the time my laundry is cleaned and dries. But more often than I would like, it doesn't get cleaned or it comes out with NEW stains on everything!!! Not to mention the machines have taken my detergent and money without even working. Sometimes my stuff won't even dry in the dryer. This place is somewhat okay most of the time and other times, it's SO NOT WORTH IT.
