Worse place I have ever used I took linen suits got them back today they were wrinkled like the had not been pressed no seam in front. Staff so rude Manager where they actually do there cleaning was rude said bring them back why would I want to take them back they ruined them more. She refused to refund me hung up on me. I take all my clothes to dry cleaners I live in another Sate working here temporary. Don’t waste your time if you want good job. Hope they didn’t drink them I have tried them on I think the washed them. They need to know how to hand linen. I hear an Attorney is one of owners you would think he would expect good service. This laundry was just picked up shameful normally when laundry cleans my linen clothe they are smooth and crisp
The hours of this business do not allow for easy drop off and pick up. The people using a dry cleaning business are likely of the working class. Convenience is key for drop off and pick up. Additionally, the quality of press on my dress shirts at the collar has been poor (failing to press the collar on the seam, requiring me to re-iron before wear)
I hate giving bad reviews but I would strongly discourage anyone going here for important items. We came in for a dress shirt to be pressed for the groom. Fresh out of the bag and came back with an obvious stain on the collar. I kindly asked if they could try to remove the visible stain. The worker was well aware of the stain - not even trying to look at the item and resolve the issue - and told me they could not be responsible for damaged items. Thought there was no room for error on this but apparently there is. Will be going elsewhere from now on.
We were in need of dry cleaning on a men's suit, bridesmaid dress (both of which had been soaked in champagne), and another pair of dress pants. I found Camelot on a Google search, and of course was a little apprehensive due to the past reviews. However, I was pleasantly surprised! All of our items were cleaned well and very neatly packged for pickup. I thought the final cost was reasonable as well. The gal at the counter at both pick-up and drop-off was pleasant and courteous. If the need arises again, we would definitely use the Camelot Osgood location for dry cleaning!
I do not recommend getting services done here! I recently had two bridesmaid dresses dry cleaned. When I got the dresses back, there were stains and spots at the bottom of them which I did not notice until I got home. The staff did not inform me of the stains or spots when I had picked up the dresses. I was simply just handed back my dresses, no comments at all. Additionally to have my dresses dry cleaned was $110 ($55 each) which is expensive especially given that the service I received was low quality. The staff were not friendly and got frustrated when I asked questions. I was a new customer and had never had anything dry cleaned before, so I was not familiar with the policies and procedures. I told the staff that, however, no one explained anything to me. I was just handed a ticket and told to come back in a week to pick up. Overall, I do not recommend getting services done here. I could have washed my dresses at home and done a better job without the expense.
The staff was nice, my suit looked great, and it got done earlier than they said. You can text them questions anytime and they text you when it's done (and no they have not spammed me). I see that that there are some bad reviews, but it seems like they are improving and/or have new owners so I think you should give them a chance. Cost: dress pants, a dress shirt, and a suit jacket cost me $25.
Spoke to a girl named Mackenzie who was completely rude. I was just trying to simply ask if they had a cape to my wedding dress and she kept cutting me off and say "Im trying to tell you we dont have it." I think she needs a lesson in better customer service. I could barely get the words out and she would cut me off completely. DO BETTER. I will reach out to the owner.
I was skeptical on going here for dry cleaning my son's suit based on the reviews. Found that most reviews were over 1 years old so thought I'd call first to see how the customer service was over the phone. The lady who answered was extremely nice and helpful. I was needing it cleaned in short notice and they were extremely accommodating. Dropped it off that afternoon and they were just as nice in person as over the phone! When I picked it up on Friday there was a younger gal working and she was just as nice as the first lady. I looked around and there is no TV anymore. I'm thinking this business has seen the negative comments and took action to fix the problem(s). I will definitely go here again.
Worst Dry cleaning experience I have ever had - I will not go back nor recommend Brennan's cleaners to any of my friends or co-workers. The Staff there are so rude and incompetent. When I walked in and told the girl this was my first time here I expected at least a smile or a welcome... NOPE. I was told my stuff would be ready in 2 days after 5pm, and I said, would you like to know the starch I prefer? The girl was annoyed and disengaged - she seemed like she had no idea what was going on. Fast forward to the next day - I received a voicemail that said I needed to release consent for them to clean a dress because of the coloring. 6 calls were made over a 36 hour period to try and make this release happen - nobody answers the phone! I finally called and let it ring for 4 fricken minutes until it gave up. Called right back and the annoyed girl (who I probably interrupted her Netflix show in the back) answers and sounded clueless. She said my Suit wasn't there, but a shirt was and that I would have to call the next day (mind you, this is after my two day window). Overall, horrible experience and the suit still came back with wrinkles in it. I can only imagine what will happen with this dress... DO NOT GO TO BRENDAN'S- TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE TO SAVE YOU TIME, STRESS, AND MONEY!
I brought them a suit to clean. I kinda see what the other reviewers are talking about; the gal sitting in the other room watching TV wasn't the friendliest. I broke the ice somehow and then she seemed ok. That was Tuesday at 2:30 and it was ready by Thursday at 5. I paid $12.20 which was about what I expected. The suit looked good and intact. I docked a star for the hours (8-Noon on Saturday?) and for the less than warm welcome. I'll be going back again, though.
I don't know who the owners of this business is, but I feel like I am bothering your staff when I bring items in to get cleaned. They are the rudest individuals I have ever met. I hope my clothes I have in there right now don't get …
During this holiday season, I called 4 other dry cleaning location in Fargo/Moorhead. After explaining the need for expedited service, each place told me it would be a 1 week turnaround for dry cleaning. Finally, I called Brenan's, …
I would give 0 stars but I did get my clothes back. Although not always dry cleaned as requested. Sometimes with a crease in the pants and sometimes without. Like the other reviews mentioned the staff is rude and makes you feel like you are being a burden by interrupting their homework, television, or Netflix show.
Guy was nice, wearing a Deadpool shirt, and it was cheaper than I thought it would be. I will be coming here again next time I need a suit dry cleaned.
An item was lost and zero accountability taken by the employees/management. What a horrifying experience. Go anywhere else.
I called them as a first time customer. They picked up the phone and hung up on me. I was in their parking lot and about to go inside but wanted to make sure they offered the service I was interested in first. I called right back to let them know I wasn't going to give them my service because of this.
I get my all my clothed pressed here. I was very nervous to try them because all the reviews are bad but I use them every other week and it's always fine
I've had really great experiences with the drop off and pickup where they were able to give me information that was useful. Very convenient service
Had multiple shirts dry cleaned with a military press. First, they told me they could do it. Then the shirts came back with “railroad tracks” and double creases everywhere. They never did get them right, and then told me they “didn’t have the training for it”.
Fabulous job on a sweater!
