Not only is this place covered in dryer sheets and trash. Old and the washers smell musty. The security cameras are seriously offline, and I had people come up and beg for money.
I am currently at the Laundry mat and for the second time the coin machine took $10 and stopped working without releasing the coins! I let it go the first time but not this time someone need to reach out to me asap! To not have a number when you have customer service issues is insane to me! Hopefully someone reaches out sooner than later! Please and Thank you! And get a phone number for these issues! Doesn't have to be your personal line!
I really need to get my washing machine fixed.half the dryers dont work. Water doesn't seem to going in the washer in the beginning unless it's on cold. Filthy, trash always everywhere. In the building and outside. Restrooms nasty. No RUNNING WATER IN SINK and NO TISSUE EVER!!!
Very nasty place I wanted to record the bathroom, but if the laundry Mat look like this I could only imagine what the toilet look like people was coming off the street to use the toilet. NO SUPERVISION AT ALL. A LOT OF BROKEN MACHINES, NO HOT WATER JUST WARM WATER, AND COLD WATER. A lot of broken tile around machines.
If I could give no stars I would give this a NO STAR RATING …. I have no clothes because I got locked out of this establishment with all my clothes in the dryer damp and I have no way to contact anyone that owns this business to help me retrieve my clothes …. Also very dirty here with cockroaches
Avoid this place like the Bubonic Plague. Disgusting dirty place. Dirty muddy floors, Machines broken, machines stealing $, Cockroaches running across and down the folding tables. Boycott this place until the owner decides to clean and fix it. up.
Where Do All These Socks Go?! (And Other Musings from Missing Sock Laundromat) Okay, let's be real, folks. We've all been there. You pull a load of laundry out of the dryer, and it's like a sock-themed episode of "The Twilight Zone." Where did the other one go? Is there a portal to a sock dimension in my washing machine? These are the existential questions I ponder while folding at Missing Sock Laundromat in Reidsville. But honestly, this place makes the sock saga a little less painful. First off, it's clean. Like, actually clean, which is a minor miracle in the laundromat universe. I've seen some things, people. Things involving questionable lint and the lingering scent of forgotten gym socks. None of that here. The machines are modern and seem to actually, you know, wash clothes. A low bar, I know, but one that's surprisingly hard to clear sometimes. And they take cards, which is a huge plus. No more frantic searching for quarters while juggling a basket of damp towels. Hallelujah! The staff (or at least the person I saw there) is super friendly. They didn't bat an eye when I spent a solid five minutes examining a lone argyle sock, trying to determine its origin story. I felt seen. Okay, so the mystery of the missing socks remains. Missing Sock Laundromat can't solve the universe's greatest riddle. But they can provide a clean, efficient, and surprisingly pleasant environment to contemplate it. Plus, they have those little vending machines with single-use detergent packs, which is a lifesaver when you've run out at home (probably because all your socks have vanished). So, if you find yourself in Reidsville with a mountain of laundry and a sock-related identity crisis, head on over to Missing Sock. You might not find your missing socks, but you'll find a decent laundromat, and that's something to celebrate. Just be sure to check your pockets before you leave – you never know where those rogue socks might turn up!
Who ever own this need to be shame owning a business you should take pride of it. People come in here to wash they clothes it should be a clean environment everything needs to be clean and maintain. Have someone to come in and work if you can't to keep it looking like something. Keep the value of the property looking good this is how your business go down do better
Very very Dirty and the machine for getting laundry soap was broke, although I had no idea until after I put my $ in due to the lack of a sign, and I was unable to get my money back as well. It was late in the evening when I did go, so maybe that is why it was so dirty, but if they hired someone to clean it throughout the day, along w maintenance of all machines, I believe they could have a shot of being a decent laundromat.
It's okay, not the best in town, looks as if it's not cleaned throughout the week or day. Update:I come here regularly to wash, it's still not the best. The gentleman who works there everyday is nice and I feel he does his best. The bathrooms needs to be clean thoroughly. Never no toilet paper, water not working. The floor is nasty I feel this laundry mat has went downhill
