This place is not even 1 star! What a dump. Machines broke, water on the floor, machines take money and won’t start, missing ceiling tiles, garbage everywhere, windows filthy, smells like urine- bathroom Boarded up. Machines not cleaned. How do you treat the people of your community like this? No place to get refund for lost monies.

This place is not worth one Star, its more like 0 stars. They should condemn this place, it's filthy, doesn't look like its been cleaned in a long time and the machines are nasty. Lots of machines out of order and some of the Machines you try to use it takes your money, so they should be marked out of order also. Hopefully the Health department will shut them down soon Or they'll start putting some money back in to the Laundry mat so it will be cleaned up then maybe they'll have more stars. Absolutely disgusting. The machines have mold growing in the dispensers, they charge more than other places to use these nasty machines. They really need to spend just a little time cleaning out these things. I DO NOT RECOMMEND washing your clothes here.

Many of the washers don't work. This was our first and last time here. Went to wash table cloths from a wedding venue. Figured that we would get them washed quickly since there were so many. We should have just used our own laundry room!!! The attendant was one of the rudest people that I’ve ever come across!

I read the reviews and I know everyone isn’t going to be satisfied 100% of the time, so I took a chance and came, but the majority was correct. I came in with small loads but had to use a bigger washer, 6 load capacity when the 2 load washer would have suited my purpose. The floors were wet, and one patron cautioned me to be careful because he almost fell. The attendant was constantly mopping. He had placed towels on the floor where the problem had occurred. He looked completely overwhelmed but was trying to get it dry. I don’t live in Hattiesburg, I’m just visiting, but this will not be my 1 st choice just because it’s conveniently close by.

There is usually someone working. I'm not sure if there is new management; or what, but there is no one here, now. The $8 machine just took my money when I put in a total of $6.50, the machine displayed "Err," then $8.00 again. I put another quarter in to check to make sure it wasn't just a screen glitch. It wasn't. I couldn't get my money back. There is no number posted to contact anyone. There is a board that states, "fill out a card if there is an issue with the machines, etc..." There are NO cards to fill out. This place is a rip-off. Do NOT waste your money here.

Just what you expect from a coin operated laundry. The staff is extremely courteous and video servalance for your protection. Unlike many other laundromats I have used in the past. This one you will enjoy. There are tables and chairs as well as a color TV to help keep the little ones entertained

Great place for laundry. However, be careful to watch for small pieces of tape, which mean that particular machine doesn't work! On the positive side, the place was just about to close, and the lady let me go ahead and do 2 loads because she said the wash house that was open all night was a really bad place, and we shouldn't go there without a man with us! Thank you God for having this Angel of a lady to be kind enough to stay a little past her normal work scheduled hours!! My experience with Soap N Suds Laundry has been awesome especially for the large loads that would be impossible for me to do at home! Convenient location, Readily available Machines including the new ones recently added, clean and staff friendly!

It’s normally a good place to wash but one specific day I went in and I guess there was something going on with a few washers and unfortunately someone had put change into a washer that was not functioning so that made the person on duty reach out to the owner. He came in being disrespectful to the worker and called the person(s) stupid that put change in the machine in front of all the people in there which made me feel a way. That’s not professional and goes to show what he thinks about some of the people that service him. I haven’t went back since then because I felt like he was totally out of line. Once he noticed how everyone was looking at him he tried to change his tone. He gave me racist vibes. The worker was black and the person he called stupid was a Mexican.

I wouldn't recommend this wash house. My dryer quit and I went to the soap n suds to dry my load of clothes, I got there 35 min to close would not of took me but 20 min to dry my clothes and would of been out b4 they close but the lady …

Nice Clean place to do your laundry. There is always someone to asdist you if you need them to watch your clothes or fold them. And they have a public restroom. Very neat and clean. Safe place to do laundry.

This place is a rip off. It just ate 35$ of my money because the washers just quit. They did not spin out so we were left with soaking wet laundry. There is no number to contact management. Most of the washers don't even work and the dryers take forever. I will not be returning and will inform as many people as possible.

Its quite. I like it... not a lot of people be there. Washers and dryers are great! They are low priced as well I washed and dried 4 loads for like 15 bucks!

Trash laundry place says close at 10 online but when you go the workers say at close at 9 I’m pretty sure the owner trash too

Soap N Suds is a clean friendly and affordable place to do your laundry. I use this coin operated laundry every week and I am always happy with the result.

It's always dirty and slimy looking. Not sure if someone is there to keep it up daily... could be the reason if not. I've never had an issue with the machine, works great.

Most of the washers do not work, the mat is smelly and unclean, and there is no way to get in touch with anyone about issues
