Washers and dryer are decent owners have a nice property I’ve notice the couple times I’ve came that they doesn’t run the air conditioners and by the looks of the property being maintained nice you can tell he has a unit! I find it disturbing that this business has central air and doesn’t use it!!! Poor customer service!! I’m currently here now and it’s ridiculous!!!! The new laundromat in front of Vicksburg Walmart( card machines only ) is same price newer machines and the CENTRAL AIR blows perfect,only about three - four minutes away from Caldwells laundromat!! This is unacceptable!!!

Washer did not credit me for all my coins. Took extra coins to start. Most of the dryers were non-functional. My dryer work 1 time, then counted down but did not spin. Kept money. Left with wet clothes. Had to wait after church to find another laundromat.

I love this place because of the lady that works there. She is the sweetest person I've ever met. The washing machines work great but the dryers are are very slow and some never got even warm.

Change machine never works, half machines out of order and 3 times I’ve tried to drop laundry to be done no one is there. Don’t recommend!

Most of the dryers didn’t work or get hot! I was washing my clothes and the washer just quit! I lost a lot of money trying to wash my clothes! I don’t want this to happen to anyone else! Beware!
