Took a shirt to get dry cleaned for a wedding. Picked it up today and it was wrinkled. They offered to redo but leaving for wedding in the morning. Asked for money back since what I expected isn’t what I received, owner declined refund. Bad business practice. Will not be back.

They ruined my white dress. Claimed that I got the dress off of Amazon and that it was a knock off which is why it turned a brown of white color. The woman in customer service was so rude and said I would only get a $30 credit when it cost much more than that. Terrible customer service will never use them again.

I took in a winter jacket that I had gotten oil stains on. I really did not expect them to have too muck luck but thought they might get some of it out. To my surprise they got all the stains out and my coat looked brand new! They were very personable and attentive! I highly recommend!
