BDS Laundry Management

The new washers installed in our apartment complex are great. And the BDS app is also great. I like how it gives you a laundry room status to let you know the washer and dryers are in use. I also like how the BDS app will give you a notification when your wash and dry cycle is finished. Also Kristina and BDS service is fast at responding to service calls on on the washer and dryers to get them back up and running again.

We had the BDS washing machines installed at our condos and I have to admit I was skeptical at first. Was able to download the app easily and load money with no problem. Everything went very well for about 6 mos and then my fears came true — loaded washing machine and went to start and said acct didn’t exist. I called the number posted on our wall was helped immediately and the person I talked to stayed on the line with me until the entire thing was working and the machine was running. No problems so A++++.

Kristina has been very helpful with my app issues, sending them to the app developer. I haven't had any issues with this company minus refilling my account. I have noticed when other tenants put in work orders, BDS is out here pretty fast to address them. They are MUCH better than a horrible company I dealt with at my last two complexes. It's a breath of fresh air.

Luxury Pricing, Dollar Store Experience Big shoutout to BDS for raising prices again — now just $2.25 to wash and $2.25 to dry! What a steal! (From my wallet.) For the low, low price of $4.50, you too can enjoy machines that sound like they're chewing gravel, dryers that may or may not actually dry, and that signature “mystery puddle” behind the washer. Still no upgrades, no improvements — just the sweet scent of inflation and broken dreams. Can’t wait to see what they charge next month. Maybe $5 for the privilege of watching your socks disappear?

When downstairs to use the machines and water was in machine, so I unplugged it and restarted, and I had to replace money beings that I should’ve checked Inside a machine first, but I didn’t so hopefully I’ll get my money back. I did check back today and I did not. For the amount that you pay to use it’s better to go to a laundromat because of these machines are very old. I’ve been here for 15 years and they’ve been here forever.

Keep your balance low on your account, especially if you use the app. They won’t refund your money when you move out and close your account.

I have a BDS Laundry Start good and efficient machines and customer service and I was looking for help with laundry because of some family problems those behind on money and they helped me so that was very nice and I appreciate it

This company took a WEEK to respond to my apartment buildings broken washers, and they STILL aren’t fixed. My entire building is supported on these two washers and I haven’t been able to do laundry for a week, and they went down the day before my laundry day, so I’m going on two weeks of dirty laundry now. This is unacceptable and BDS should be embarrassed for their response. Many People rely on this service being functional and BDS’s lack of prioritization also reflects badly on the apartment management, who apparently choose to work with companies that offer subpar service. I can’t get this company to fix these machines and let me PAY to use their washing machines here. Do better.

I would leave this company a -10 due to the poor experience we have had with them. They have no idea what they are doing and it’s been 4 months and still no help.

We used BDS Laundry Systems to update the laundry rooms in our facility and the service guys were extremely friendly and hard working. The install was painless and Brian made sure I was comfortable operating and making small repairs before wrapping up the project. Working with BDS has put my mind at ease knowing the laundry rooms in my buildings will always be up and running at peak efficiency.
