Had a wonderful visit here today! My grandmother and I are visiting for the Michigan Renaissance Festival and needed to clean some clothes. The machines were affordable, the tables were clean, they had an assortment of detergents and dryer sheets available for purchase, and we had a lovely time chatting with Ms. Dee! We plan to return when we need to do laundry again, and we would highly recommend that future visitors take a moment to introduce themselves to this remarkable woman!

Terrible Service, Stay Away! Absolutely the worst laundry experience I’ve ever had. They have a ridiculous rule where if you use more than 2 dryers, your clothes are automatically ejected mid-cycle. The dryer doors don’t lock, so your clothes just fall out, your time runs out, and your money is completely wasted. You have to pay again to restart the dryer. It’s a not at all appropriate . Extremely rude and unprofessional staff on top of that. I highly recommend avoiding this place—don’t waste your time or money here.

First time I used a laundry mat and thankfully I had Dee there to help me. She was awesome and let me know how to work the washers and dryers and helped through the whole process. Will definitely be back next week to do my laundry. Great place!

Came here last minute on a Friday evening and the machines are soooo clean and the owners are very kind and helpful !! I lived in a major city for years, so I’ve seen my fair share of laundromats. This one really impressed me and will be my go to when I need it!

YES. That would be my answer to anyone asking if it's worth going to this wonderfully quaint laundromat 👍😄! Here and there throughout my life, I've found myself in need of a coin laundromat for one reason or another. Haven't we all? Well, when that time arises, I say swing by the Owl Laundromat 🦉 👌! The fantastic Dee was there to help me from the moment I walked in. She was friendly, informative, and helpful. I was in and out in between washing and drying, and each time, we had nice, funny, and comfortable little chats. Also, the prices were very fair, and it's located in a cool little strip mall with a great variety of foods/restaurants, an Autozone, a cool vape/smoke/collectors items store that has some sweet comic collectibles 🤯. It reminds me of the coolest bodega ever, lol! OWL LAUNDROMAT, though, fits right in with this fun little area. Along with Dee and her awesome personality, go use the services and machines, or just say hello from Mike and yourself, of course 😜☺️

I frequently visit owl laundromat like weekly once, and I was quite impressed every single time. The facility is clean and well-maintained, with plenty of modern, efficient machines that made my laundry day a breeze. The staff were friendly and helpful, offering assistance when needed and ensuring everything was running smoothly. Prices were reasonable, and I appreciated the prompt service and attention to detail. Overall, it's a great spot for getting your laundry done quickly and effectively. I highly recommend it to anyone in need of reliable laundry.

I have used owl laundromat for 5+ years and I have to say their service is amazing. The owners were so nice to me and my family! They maintain the laundromat very clean (I know this cause I usually went in the evenings and always noticed that as a part of their close down routine they clean each machine almost every time I was there and that made we use their laundromat more compared to others). I would definitely recommend this place!

This is not a paid promotion, I’m writing this review for everyone who lives in Farmington Hills. Mr Dan the owner of this place is one of the kindest person I’ve ever met. Highly recommended for laundry services!!

Showed up to dry our comforters that did not fit in the dryer at our apartment. Was told we had to wash and dry at this location and that “I was wasting my money if I did not use them”
