I came in this afternoon, to see if I can have my dressed cleaned and done by the same day. It was just throwing the question out there and wanted to see if it is possible…I came in and greeted the woman she was not very polite, it’s okay people are tired. She entered my info into the computer. I told her my situation that I need the dress by tonight. I even mentioned I totally understand if it’s not possible. The owner came and spoke to me, saying I can try but there may be left over and I don’t have time to re clean it. I’m like that’s fine and tried taking the dress back and told them I’ll take it somewhere else that they can do it for me. He aggressively said no other place will do it for you. I said not true I just spoke to someone. He was very rude and aggressive. I kindly said okay I’ll let you know. He said NO tell me now yes or no. It was so odd the way they speak to customers. Also, when someone greets someone in Islam salam alkakuim usually someone responds back or at least says Hi. Super weird place. Gladys went to dynamics on ford road a beech Daly and they were so nice and said you got it. And they quickly checked me out and will call me when it’s done. They even made an exception because the cleaner had left for the day. Super customer service, worth the money.

I had to get my suit cleaned in a rush to attend a funeral. They got me same day service and treated me very nice. Impressed is an understatement. Would absolutely recommend them. Thanks again.

They will overcharge you If you don’t pay attention to your bill, you will get ripped off. I will not do business with this place again.

Clerk who was dressed like she was about to go out to the club accused me of lying and then wanted to call the cops when I demanded to talk to her manager. She also said she they don’t want me as a customer. I eventually worked it out with the owner, but the clerk should be fired if not reprimanded for her fighting with a customer. Bottom line don’t do business with this establishment

NOPE!!! Do not do it. I am speaking from an alteration standpoint. (Mind you iam the MAID OF HONOR) And to add insult to injury I've never been in a wedding.. this is my 1st wedding ever.. I took in my maid of honor dress, As I was very vocal about how important this is to me... I'm sure the professionalism goes for their dry cleaning as well. They will yes yes yes you , Tell you whatever you wanna hear. Do not believe them.... As they would say "I can do everything you want me to do " Until you show up for your agreed appointment. As I had an appointment at 230p with them, then they say "oh he's not here can you come back at 5pm". No problem,i get "life" .. and yes I did come back 2 hours later for a 70 year old seamstress to tell me " no I will not take your dress in " literally 1" on inch sides. All He did was hem my dress, and take in a couple inches on the sleeves .. Had the nerve to charge me $80.. I've never felt so alone... 👎

No matter if I drop off a blazer, a fancy tablecloth, or a king size comforter...all things come back to me looking fantastic! The staff is always very personable, helpful and willing to go the extra mile! The prices are fair and I highly recommend it!

First of all I want to say the lady that waited on me was very nice and gave me a discount as a first time customer and I was appreciative due to the prices were kind of high , but I have to say I was not happy with the results of my clothes. My blouses were looking dim and they were a new pink color and the first time being clean so I don't feel should be looking like it been wash and partly iron with wrinkle look. So was very unhappy will not be back.

Took a pair of pants to be hemmed. The legs were too long. They measured my pants while I was wearing them. Waited a few days, picked up the pants. Now I'm trying them on, and guess what? They are still way too long! I am skeptical that they even did anything at all! I have several other pairs that I need to have altered. I will be taking my business somewhere else.

I have used them twice. Once for dress shirts, and once for dress shirts and a suit. Both times I have been disappointed in the quality of their work. I got my suit back missing buttons, and shirts full of lint. I would recommend trying some other place.

Don't go here! Every time my husband gets his suits cleaned here the suits come back torn on the hems. Obviously they don't know how to clean suits. They charge you cheap prices cause they are rushing. Go to another place! Don't trust them with your dress clothes.

My trench coat didn't seem like they took the time with it as previous years. My leather bomber jacket took longer than expected but it looked great!
