My clothes were stolen. I do hold them accountable for refusing to show a video only showing a video of the time when the clothes were in the dryer taking over an hour and refusing to show when the clothes were no longer in the dryer while the police were there showing that management was part of the scheme they were very condescending. I'm talking over a video of showing the clothes were there. They could have not wasted the police officers time for so many hours for that or maybe they were waiting for their teammates that were stealing stuff to be scot-free I was there. Management refused to cooperate with the police only wanting to show videos of when the clothes was still in the dryer. Letting me know that management is part of stealing people's clothes do not go there

Years doing laundry here. I love the mother and daughter Maria. They are a sweet team and very helpful. They are always ready to answer anyone’s questions. I love the love and neat folding they provide to our clothes. It feels like doing laundry at home with my mom. Very clean and friendly laundrymat. I want to address negative comments. There are posters stating to please watch your clothes and don’t leave them unattended. Because we undoubtedly live in a world where people do steal. Just like every laundrymat I’ve gone to. If you don’t have time to wash clothes than leave them to the ladies and they’ll do an amazing job. I’ve never known any of Maria or daughter to yell at anyone, and you know what, I have seen people yell at them and they stay so calm. I would blindly vouch for both. Beautiful ladies who love helping the community.

I do hold management accountable for refusing to cooperate with the police for showing that the videos do. Have a great view of the one dryer showing how the clothes were there but refusing to show when the clothes were no longer there. Taking over an hour to do so. Wasting the police time and any opportunity I had to be made whole. And being extremely condescending Go to laundry day where management is reliable. Staff is accountable cleaner. It was a big mistake to try this place

My stuff was stolen. Manager showed to the police officer just video of my stuff being in the dryer refusing to show anything after that to when my stuff was no longer in the dryer took over an hour for this as they continue talking to a lady that had two towels in the same dryer that had previously had my stuff Did the manager and all the people stealing people stuff Never in my life I had a situation like that worst place would’ve recommended from our sent me out of the managers in cahoots with people stealing people stuff I do hold you accountable for reason the police officers time over an hour just to only wanna show a piece of the video when the clothes were still in the dryer while talking to the lady that had two towels there the moment they could’ve either show she was not a thief or obviously that you guys were in on it

Biggest complaint from myself and others I’ve witnessed is that the posted operating hours aren’t accurate. Just heard the lady tell someone she’s closing early because she has to be there in the morning but refused to answer as to why the posted hours aren’t updated. Other than that the pricing is reasonable. The machines are decent sizes and always kept clean.

I just want the owner to know the bad experience I had with one of their laundry attendants her name is “Maria”. I know there are two Maria’s there the manager is a sweetheart but the mother is a rude woman. I asked information on how to get a laundry card and I never had someone be so rude and disrespectful towards a customer. This lady should not be working if she does not have customer service skills. I was yelled at and felt very disrespect in front of other customers just because I asked a simple question. On top of that she was being mean to her co workers. Someone like Maria should not be working at showcase laundry mat! Not to mention their dryers are always broken!!!!

If I have to give you one advice, do not go to this laundromat staff are rude was very dirty. Would not recommend anybody.

Awesome place to do all your laundry at once and not spend major money. Available first come first serve free dryers. They also add 2$ to your reloadable cash card when using a 20$ bill when loading your funds. No quarters required unless you would like to play the couple of old school arcade games they have as well as a small machine to keep the kids somewhat entertained. Tv's are all very visible and an enjoyable distraction Good food in the same plaza which is very convenient while doing laundry. Quality fabric laundry bags offered at a small cost in a variety of colors. I would love see more laundromats like this out there. I travel an hour to use this specific place and haven't had a bad experience yet. Great job! Drop off and pick up services available as well.

This place has top of the line washing machines that were recently installed. The people are nice and help.

Kept nice and clean. Everyone is caring and helpful. Like that it has little caesars, D'empanada, Tmobile and Family dollar in the same spot. #laundry #haverhill #mass
