King's Coin Laundromat

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST!!! Half the washers don't work, says takes credit card but won't. The attendant said the new equipment only takes cards when it feels like it. Same with the dryers that work..yep you guessed it most of those didn't work either! I should have just packed up and left but already had detergent in the machine. The attendant was helpful but not a mechanic. If your clothes are needing washed, take my advice and go elsewhere!!

This place looks nice and new but has some issues! I couldn’t get the washing machine door open pulling it up, down and outward so I figured you must have to use your credit card first to get the door to open! Well I swiped my card, still couldn’t get it open, then saw flashing lights, hit those and the washing machine started up WITHOUT MY CLOTHES INSIDE, and of course it was locked so I immediately lost $6.75!😠 They should put step by step directions on each machine! Then came the dryer. I put my towels in the 2nd largest dryer but it really wasn’t drying so I transferred them into the large dryer, well after the 2 minutes was up, they felt totally cold, so then I had to transfer them to 2 smaller dryers. And I had a quilt which I ended up putting in the larger dryer down below. It was working but I had to keep using my credit card over and over again because it was .25¢ for 4 minutes on the smaller dryer and 2 on the larger. I tried to put quarters in for consistency but it wouldn’t take the quarters. And it seemed like I was nonstop being quartered to death to keep all 3 machines rolling and in the end, I had to take them all out a little damp because they weren’t drying that well for the amount of money I was spending and it was getting so late! And, the bathroom was locked up after 3:00 P.M. If their dryers are going to take that long, they should at least keep the restroom open. I was very disappointed! If I at least got refunded my $6.75 wash that I never got, I would consider going back again, but as of now, I will no longer be using that laundromat. It was very stressful!!!😣

Clean and effective. My only issue is the attendant on duty today smoked right outside the door. We could smell her smoke inside several times. Idc if you smoke but please go more than 3 feet from the entrance.

Great service! Management helped me get my clothes out of the washers when the power went out today, and didn’t charge me again when the power came back on to finish washing my clothes. The establishment is clean and staff is friendly and very helpful. Would recommend!

Washers work great. Dryers seem to be tip top. I came on a Sunday so no workers. That said, the floors were very dirty. Water, dirt, sand, just not very clean. There are TVs all over but none of them were on. The bathroom was clean, but needs a renovation - really sketchy with lighting. If I had to describe this place, I’d say “Ehh, it’s a laundromat”

Nicest laundromat I've ever seen! Clean and modern. WiFi. Machines accept credit cards. Comfortable and cool even in the summer. Update 7/4/22 I've downgraded my previous 5-star review to 3 stars. The management has implemented a locked bathroom policy for weekends and evenings. I suppose they had issues with messy patrons - but this is ridiculous. Bathroom only available 8am-3pm?! Do people's kidneys and bladders only function during those hours? (Um, no.) Perhaps instead of punishing people who do laundry in the evening or weekends, maybe have an attendant drop in and check on the place several times a day? With the cheapest washer costing $2.50 (warm or hot water extra), there certainly has to be a little room in the business plan to have adequate management to assure the place stays clean. Perhaps the owners/manager should remove the Coke machine so at least when patron have to run to the coffee shop to go to the bathroom, they can purchase their beverages there as well. One more thing - check out the picture of the overflowing garbage can... Pretend you're an intelligent person. What does this tell you? (Hint: The garbage needs to be emptied MORE OFTEN than it is being emptied!)

The washers and dryers worked well, and the place was clean! They have an ATM machine and a money changer to get quarters. Heads up, though, the washers and dryers wouldn't accept my debit or credit cards. It wasn't a problem, though. I was able to wash and dry my clothes quickly!

This is a great laundromat. Pay by card or coin. We looked at a lot of places and this was the best one we found in the area. Recommended.

A bit pricy but the large washers allow you to wash large loads of clothes in 20 min for about $6. The accept debit and credit card. The smaller washers was $4.50. The dryers were much cheaper.

This is the only laundromat that I go to, and I’ve never had an issue here. That is, until today (Sun 11/19/23). I put in a $20 in the bill changer and it only gave me $5 back instead of 4 $5 bills. And what’s worse is that there is no laundry attendant here to give me my money back. This is absolutely ridiculous that you have a laundromat that is open on Sun but no one running it in case of problems like this. I’m never going on a Sun again. I will be coming back here tomorrow and I’m not leaving without getting my money back. The attendant is super nice but this is unacceptable. If the changer is out of money there should be a sign and there isn’t one.
