I have been going hear for years and they always take great care of me! They greet me by name as soon as I walk through the door. I am always bringing items in to be altered and they do a beautiful job. Great quality work! Recently with the holidays I came in last minute with 2 dresses that I needed altered and cleaned...they went out of their way to call their seamstress to see if she could do them last minute for me and she is taking care of me!!!! Thank you....you guys are the best!!!

BEWARE! Do not take alterations here! They appear to have a routine of not giving you a price when you drop off, they put a question mark on your ticket then try to charge an INSANELY high price after alterations are done! I called the next day to ask the price and he said $80. I said "No way, that's more than having the dress made" He actually yelled at me and said "what did you think??? $20???" Then he said the dress was already done. I said I'm not paying $80. I had my husband call and he says "you can come pick up the dress" So he lied saying it was done when it wasn't. GO TO DADA'S CLEANERS ON OLD GRAND AVE DOWN THE STREET! She charged $28 for the same job, no dishonesty and is respectful and super nice! We will NEVER go back to Cho's Cleaners!

I delivered 2 Canada Goose winter coats for dry cleaning serice last November 2020. After the service was done, I found out that both coats had (white dried up) stain in the inside. I called the owner and made a complain about the fnding but he refused to admit it was there messed. He was really defensive and would never listen. I will never, ever do business with them again! Really a bad customer experience.

Had few men's shirts laundered with heavy starch this place charged us $4.25 per shirt when rest of the cleaners are around $2.45 per shirt he is over charging by 100% probably they are new owners be careful & ck the price.
