Hayden Laundry & Dry Cleaning

This is not a COIN LM, but it does accept the fast card and debit tap. Price for one W 30mn is between 3.5-7$ and D for 40min is 2.50$, be prepared to have at least $20 for more than one load. It would be nice if the laundry mats in the area still had a few machines that were back ups to when cards don't work. Clean: I found it to be clean and improved from those 2020photos. Everyone was quiet and a polite here. The kid lounge is more like another quiet place to sit. The ability to check out the bakerys near by is a perk if your doing laundry in the AM.

Seemed clean & safe. Machines were in good working condition. And when I left my cc in the machine, attendant met me to return it. I don’t use a Laundromat all the time, but it will be my 1st choice when mine is out of commission

I have 3 cards with $1.00, .90, .30. The machines will not allow you to combine cards. I feel like this is a scam. They would make $312 off one washer machine per day if ran 24 hours because people can't use the additional money on the card. I would like some feedback as to how to redeem your money or combine cards and this information should be posted in the laundromat. For instance a $5 - a wash is $3.50 and a dry is $1.20. The balance $ 4.70, leaving a balance of .30 that can't be used.

Their machines, both washer and dryer, take debit card. I had a big load, and lucky for me, the three machines i used operated properly with no problems.

The card only machines seem to trip up a lot of new people, including me at first. The laundromat is always dirty, from floors to folding tables to bathroom. Many of the machines smell like mildew and I’ve accidentally left laundry twice overnight in a washer and it has not been touched. That’s both good for me to find my clothes and not good because there is no real effort put in by the attendant. Some of the dryers are too hot compared to others and I’ve left with burnt smelling laundry. Today the attendant already came and went while I was here and yet the place is still dirty and the bathroom is locked with no sign to indicate why. If I had another option in Hayden I’d go there instead.

This place is DIRTY. The ground is gross. I washed my clothes there a few weeks ago and have been itchy ever since! This is ridiculous I’ve been to alot of laundromats over the years but that’s ridiculous I’ve washed my clothes an additional 5 times still can’t stop itching. I washed fine until I put my clothes on the next day. Will not come back if my life depending on it!

Took me a minute to figure out the card-pay system, & the bathroom was locked(!). Other than those 2 minor items, the place is clean, everything worked. No problems.

So thankful for this place! I can get all my laundry done at once and is always clean inside! The kids love coming in and playing games in the little room. And we have found great conversation with the other customers. And the newly remodeled bathroom is so nice to have. I have had issues at times here but that is to be expected with any machine and computer being used so much. That being said the customer service when ive needed it was great. The owner himself always helpful and refunded my washing when I have had issues. I have been coming here for 3 years straight now.

Instructions loading soap with the commercial washing machines on clear. The dryers aren't giving me equal time that I'm paying for one is only giving me 20 minutes the other ones giving me $60 I would look into that. ( maybe that dryer needs repaired.) Wi-Fi?

Place was so clean, the attendant Jamie was super helpful and we will definitely be back! We appreciate how consistently clean and efficient the equipment is
