I thought I’d take a chance and try this place again. I was expecting the worst. This was based on reviews and the fact that when I walked in here a year or so ago, my disgust was such that I left without doing my laundry. But something has changed. It’s actually pretty clean; no trash on the ground, looks swept and only 3 machines out of service. Pleasant surprise, indeed. I travel full time around the country and have seen a fair share of laundromats. If Soapy’s stays like this, I’ll definitely come back.

This place is nasty. The machines smell like mildew. Your clothing do not get washed at all and everything is dirty. Do not come here. Zero stars if I could. Go anywhere else. Set your stuff in the rain and wind. You will get a better wash.

I went in to do a load of laundry and a couple of the machine weren't working and it smelt bad in there. I didn't end up doing laundry. I will check next time to see if its better really hope it was just a bad timing thing.

Worst laundromat I’ve been to in the US and I live full time on the road. Machines are disgustingly dirty, with mold and dog hair. The entire place smells like mold, they open the windows to disguise it but it’s there. They are stealing your money as well. You pay for hot water and you get cold. Some washers don’t ring out your clothes so they come out dripping wet and still dirty. The carts to place your clothes are non functional, big trip hazard. They need to be reported!! I bought extra stuff so I can just drive down to twin falls and do laundry there. Unethical thieves!!!

The worst laundromat I have ever been to. Most of the washing and dryer machines are broken, because of that it’s hard to even find one. Had to wait. The dryer ate a bunch of my coins and the employees just acted like that’s normal. Everything is incredibly filthy and old. The washer took about 45 minutes and the dryer worked for close to 40 minutes and things were still wet. 10/10 AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Usually not bad, sometimes busy. However, laundry is getting more expensive to do, especially when you might have to buy new clothes when you're done because the washer shredded your stuff...

Cannot believe a laundromat can be this bad. It is run down and dirty. There is no sink to wash hands after touching the messy washers. The soap dispenser didn't dispense anything after it ate my money twice. No phone numbers to report it. Wouldn't recommend going there - we were traveling for many days and needed to laundry the clothes. Otherwise, avoid this place.

This place needs to clean up their act! Many machines out of service, many others not working properly.

Dryer at home stopped working so had to come dry my laundry here. Sign says they close at 9pm so I figured if I came back at 8:30pm I would be fine. Came back and doors were locked already. Came back in the morning at 8am to catch them when they were here since phone wasn't being answered and the building was open already and no one was in sight. Wasn't planning on posting this since it seems like it could be a one time thing but have learned several people have had this experience as well. Needs more consistent hours. If it says 8am to 9pm it should be open at 8am and closed at 9pm.

A decent laundromat that gets the job done. Just as pricey as anything else in the valley, but not horrible. Also, as of June 20, 2022, the place is closed because of a gas leak until Wednesday June 22
