Lowes Laundromat

This used to be a great laundromat, however it's now a money grab. Am currently using two of their 6 bushel washers, and during the wash cycle they haven't used any of the detergent I put in them. Who knows what's going to happen when I use the dryers. Am now editing my last review, the review was noted and the problems were corrected promptly. They're upgrading their facility, the upgrades should be operational here within the next few weeks. I'm still a loyal customer.

Medium washers $5, small $3.75. Dryers start at $1.75 and still doesn’t get hot. A small load was still damp and not even warm. Smells like wet clothes. No restroom. Just to add: I always put my dryers on hot or high and at 1.75 they are already higher than any laundry mat I’ve been to on the east coast. Most begin at a $1.

Use to be a good laundry mat, but from the owner’s wife own mouth they are going to start giving people permission to touch your clothes. The wife is very unprofessional and rude.

Owner is very rude for no reason. No restrooms and place was very dirty. Owner also assumed I was leaving just because I was taking stuff out of the dryer. She then told me to move my vehicle so she could park hers where mine was. Do not recommend. Also, people that were there knew the owner and defended her.

Very nice inside. I expected it to be cleaner. Folks left objects on floors or top of a machine. But the interior of these machines are clean and odor free. All the machined looked clean and operational. The have coin machinery that works.

The machines are fantastic, owners clean it EVERY day, unfortunately patrons don’t always throw their trash away or clean up after themselves. No bathroom but plenty of stores nearby if you are in need.

Machines are new but crowded and dirty

Quite a few leaking washers. By leaking I mean if you happen to unluckily chose one of the leaking washers (they arent marked broken) all of your water will be on the floor and your clothes come out soap covered and dirty. Also, an older oriental lady lurks waiting on unattended dryers to shut off so she can ask anyone in there if they want them and when no one answers she takes them. (Clearly not hers)

Great , and the Manager was real professional, the place was nice and clean, new machines, just super great , everything you need to wash your clothes.
