Fresh Start Laundry

This is by far the worst laundromat I have ever been to. First you have to buy a card to put money on it, then the dryer costs $1.99 for 18 minutes. That's 2 minutes and 15 seconds per quarter not counting the original $2 for the card. Thirdly the dryers suck so you gotta spend more money after the first go around. Please go somewhere else, I'll even take you somewhere else, I live just down the road. And the cards eliminate the need to retrieve the coins, so there's probably nobody in there cleaning or making sure machines are running efficiently for weeks at a time.

Clean laundromat. Updated machines. Only bad thing is that you have to pay by card. So leave your quarters at home or for skyway bridge. Bathroom uses card to get in as well. Watched a couple go in the bathroom together and probably do drugs times 12:15pm 7-3-2020 Obviously I do my laundry here still after 4 years but there are still homeless hanging around. I do my laundry during the day because of this reason I don't feel comfortable with them hanging around trying to stay cool. The only thing that makes me feel okay is the cameras and be aware of your surroundings. Photo bum digging in garbage 🗑 7-29-2025 Guy harassing me for drug money and guy washing himself in the sink. Ridiculous

Very clean and well maintained facility. A little on the high side price for the washers. The dryers are about $.30 for 5 minutes The card system is OK.

Very difficult to use and I hate that I have to use a card plus they charge a fee of 4 percent of the amount with a minimum of 5 dollars. Never again will come here.

This place used to be nice. Absolutely filthy. Trash everywhere, trash cans overflowing, not kept up at all.

Been there a few times and the 2 times I have filled out the problem card the owner has there when the washers don't work. Instead of giving your money back he will send you a text with same message saying he checked it and it worked. Why would the customer fill out a card for? Has young college kids managing the place while drinking and cursing when children present. Sketchy people in and out to use bathroom.Terrible

The Laundry is very clean. However, they lost 1 star from.me because this was listed under "Coin Laundry", they lost another star for charging me $1.50 for their card to operate their machines, they lost another star for stealing money I loaded on the card, and another for leaving me with wet clothes after spending $8.00 to wash and dry a small load of clothes. When I did my Google search for " Coin Laundry near me", but this IS NOT A COIN LAUNDRY. Truly frustrating. They have a card system that accepts paper bills or credit/ debit cards. My problem is that I don't live near by so this is not ideal for me. I didn't want to leave my change on their laundromat's card, but they made sure that they collected $8.00 from me for washing and attempting to dry 1 small load of clothes. 😳😡😤 I need a coin laundry so I can keep track of my expenses and keep my change/moneWhat was also upsetting was that they had a comment card system that you have to fill out if you encounter trouble with their machines. They said no resolutions are possible by phone .. I had to take my clothes to another Laundromat that turned out to be a Big winner. That Laundromat is called Suds Up Wash & Fold. $1.50 deposit to get a card to use anything. You cannot spend this amount. It is only to get a card. Owner informed that once you put $20 on the card you get the deposit back. I just needed a dryer so I'm out the deposit, since i won't be coming back.

This is not open until 1AM on Friday. Update your Google profile. On the door, it says it will not take a wash past 11:30PM. But they sure as heck will take your money loaded on a card after 11:20PM. This is plenty time to start a wash and have it finished before the 12 AM close time. Which by the way it says the close time is 1 AM. False. So not only did I dump all my clothes in the washer and load my card, I lost all my detergent and fabric softener that I put into the machine.

Cleaning for a laundromat but it doesn't take coins. They make you purchase a card from them to load money on and use for the machines. The cost of the machines are inflated over other laundromats and somehow that's not enough proffit. They make you purchase a card to load money on. I'm only passing through and already had my single load in the machine or I would have left. However I will never return here on principle
