I called to ask about getting a coat dry cleaned on the same day.. Before we could talk about details he says.."I don't know because I'm not there yet..(mind you online it says open)...I don't know because I don't know what type of coat it is..I don't know if it needs to be washed dry cleaned...I don't know what time your going to be here so I guess no...." All very fast before I realized he said no I started trying to answer I could be there in five mins to catch myself as it registered and just said ok. I could not get one word out before he finished his rant. Very arrogant feeling and rude!! Would not recommend if you want quality interactions... Didn't even make it in the door to know how the service is but if that conversation was any representation I would not recommend!!!

The owner is very kind and helpful. She pressed my husband's jacket carefully and quickly. I was able to pick it up when she said it would be ready. I reccomend checking this place out.

I went up to the cleaners today to pick up my laundry and was greeted by a nasty woman with an accent that acted as if she was being bothered. She went back and forth with me about my laundry that was not pressed right. She was rude and when I spoke about customer service, she got worse. Advised her that I will talk to the owner and she said she talk to them that way too and they aren't going to do anything. Horrible customer service. Will talk with the owner tomorrow.
