Well all I can say is that the person that own or runs the laundromat is very rude.. my wife explained that a laundry machine door wouldn't close and and put a quarter in before closed it. I also tried to lock the laundry machines door and it wouldn't lock. The owner said we didn't know how use it.... he was talking very rude and for what, a QUARTER.. 25 cents. When the owner walked away i said to my wife "really all that for not wanting to refund a 25 cents. Then when we went to use the dryer there he came over and started to push buttons and say how to use it and the said.. "Oooh so you make not same mistakes" My wife and I looked at each other in shocked confused. I have been to that laundromat in 3 or 4 years. That man i use to see was a man in his 40s and wore glasses and was always friendly and smiling.. i don't know if this guy today is related to the man i saw 3 to 4 years ago, but wow what experience today was. 10 minutes before we left, that guy came over and gave my wife the 25 cents (a quarter) I know that I sound rude for giving this review. But i live in a gated apartment that has laundry rooms that use "pay range" so i don't even have to use quarters, i pay with a app on my phone. Also the reason we went to the laundromat is the laundry room at our apartment doesn't have a tumble type machine and fabrics that my got can't be washed in a top load machine. Well nothing can be done when a business is has a owner that is rude and that applies for all businesses.
I wish I could give it 0 stars. We went there to dry our laundry, because our dryer was broken. We got kicked out of the laundry mat by some guy who apparently works there and some lady doing her laundry. The dumbass working there said we couldn't dry unless we washed. Something about not making enough money if we just used the dryer. Whatever. I guess if you don't look like you are poor then they don't want you there. We are not rich by far, and it shouldn't even matter. Anyway stay away from this shithole place.
I wouldn’t give this location any stars at all. Aside from the owner being rude Many of the machines do not work the owner does not invest in fixing or replacing them. They will leave your clothing super damp some dryers won’t do their job. Poor lady that cleans the joint does not get paid enough by the greedy owner. Do not recommend this place please go elsewhere the owner does not Deserve your money.
Washers are clean and dryers are hot and powerful. Normal prices. Bathroom on site. Next door to 711
Does your laundry take cards?
To whom it may concern, be advised, your advertisement states "5- AM" opened, when in fact, doors don't open until 5:20AM.
The owner is friendly, but the machines and the place is not very clean/maintained.
I really like this laundromat. Super affordable and takes real quarters!!!!
Good, reasonable paying coins to wash. Restroom is cleaned.
Very good, nice and clean.
