The Cleaning Machine

I came here to double check their hours and noticed some of the bad reviews. I had to make it right in some small way. I am surprised by them because this laundry is old school Prescott and has always been the best laundromat in this town. Pretty much the last of its kind. It's always clean, the staff actually cares about their business. I actually don't hate doing my laundry when I go there. Not sure why people complain about a "non friendly" staff. When I go to the laundry I just want to be left alone, not have a deep conversation with people.

The attendant complained about the owners, machines and customers the entire time I was there. She also held up a customers underwear that she was washing and made fun of their size and commented how cheap their clothes were. The laundromat itself was ok...it was clean, it did have a few broken machines; but the attendant is what makes it not worth going to. This was my first time in here and I won't be back.

I came here because kids were claiming 1 star because the management still cares and stood up against disrespectful people damaging or stealing from the property. This place is a fortress and is safe for all - be respectful and check your attitudes. These people are still fighting for it

The washers were fine but the dryers are terrible. The high temperature is more like a medium low. It took way too long to dry things and I finally took them out and hung them on hangers when I got them home. Also the staff is not very friendly, more nosey about what’s going in the washers and dryers. Definitely not going back !

Did 2 loads of laundry and washed my van. Everything was clean and from what I could tell there were no machines out of order. No problems with drying either. Prices were comparable to what I've paid elsewhere.

Recommend: no Clean: yes. Friendly: no. Told me at 530 pm when I arrived she was glad I was doing my drying at home. Place was vacant, 2 small loads, would not take 90 minutes to complete.

As cheap as it is, the customer service is invasive and condescending. We went for two years to save money, but now we will not be returning due to the over-bearing boomers who run the place. Wish we could say better of them.

Good quiet little laundromat. Staff is super helpful and always around to help. They even have drop laundry service 10/10 recommend

normally i dont leave reviews however it breaks my heart to see this place so low as ive been going weekly for months and have never had a bad experience, the owners and staff have always been kind to me, the building is a little older but the machines work well

This Laundromat is clean, it's an older Laundromat, but the outside has been updated which makes it appealing. My clothes were clean, but the dryers need a tune up. I had to put quarters in 3 times.
