I came here over a mth ago had to use one of the regular washers bug mistake I ate all of my son's clothes tore them to shreds new underwear everything came in today the biggest washer when you first come in on the right is leaking water it's still working but it started pouring water out. 3 of the big washers are out of order and there's no way to contact anyone

Absolute bull crap. I just lost nearly 30$ in these busted washing machines. Not the first timeits happened either. When you're broke and don't have a choice. It's just bull crap. Didn't even post a phone number to call and get your money back.

The machine took my money after I’ve already put my soap and bleach in the machine so not only did I lose my $9.50 plus an additional $.50 so $10 total. I also lost my laundry bleach.

Wasted $14 (two washers, $7/each) thinking I'd get what I'd paid for, using the "better" washing machines. I was wrong. The first one wouldn't even start, or give my $$ back, and the second one stopped halfway through the wash cycle. And there's absolutely now way to contact the owner. Their change machine (only one that is working) doesn't accept debit/credit cards. Oh, and the restroom is out of order. All-around fantastic experience! One i hope to never experience ever again. Do yourself a favor and wash your clothes elsewhere.

My mother came here and apparently they charge you a dollar for hot water and in return they give you EXTRA cold water. don't pay for hot water, it will just steal your money.

If I could, this place would get zero stars. I spent almost $40.00 washing and drying approximately 5 loads and left with 2 loads still very damp and the other 2 still damp. The washers had error codes as I opened them to transfer clothes to dryers, the washing machines did not wash my clothes very well, actually added a unpleasant odor that wasn't present before and it was like none of my soap or softener went through the proper cycles. The dryers just sucked.

Half the washers don’t work leaving clothes soaked and not cleaned.

Machines are always going out of order/way expensive ($10) per wash. And always bring your own detergent and laundry necessities because their dispenser machines are, you guessed it, out of order.

1.They don't maintain their machines properly. all of the big washing machine lids are covered in mold and I have to use extra detergent so that my clothes don't smell like mold. 2. There's absolutely no way to contact anyone to let them know anything such as: lost laundry lost money (eaten by machine) changer being out of money ECT. 3. Their dryers have eaten my clothes a time or two as well. All in all, if I could give a lower review I would. P.s. they may look clean at first glance, but their floors are disgusting!

I put a 20 in to get quarters and it gave me 475. There's no way of contacting anyone and I needed that money. Will never come here again. Absolutely horrible service being you can't contact anyone.

The larger dryer #28 just took 4.00 of my money when I went to hit state all it say was door I hit the coin Return n it would. NOt work there's no phone numbers or any contact information for the laundry mat in case of emergency or anything

No onsite help if you have problems. One triple loader machine was leaking and a double loader ate about $1 in quarters and didn't run. Another double loader machine was leaking as well.

I need to be contacted for a refund on money that was stolen by the change machine or I will be filing a complaint with the sheriff's department. I've seen in the comments that many people have lost money and you are a sorry pos if you can't make it right.
