Mr. Suds Coin Laundry and Wash and Fold Service

Just moved here and here’s my first couple of experiences: condom on the floor by the bathroom. Machines not drying clothes thoroughly. Detergent dispenser out of all soaps, no light to indicate, and stole $2.25 from me. Because their machines don’t dry and I work late, my towels got locked inside. They were either stolen or more likely thrown away by management. When I simply asked if anyone had seen my towels, the lady yelled at me that they have signs posted that it’s not their responsibility. I told her I can read and I simply asked if she had taken the towels out or seen them. By far the worst laundromat experience I’ve ever had.

Have been coming here for years and everytime the worker or owner who ever she is is extremely rude, unprofessional and hateful towards not only me but about 16 more people. If she not the owner she needs to be fired and a nicer professional person needs to be hired.

I come here every once in a while the vending machines have no prices you have to guess to see how much the items are i have lost lots of quarters in that machine so now I go the a store and bring my food with me but anything else the laundry mat is a good place

Walked and bought a soda from the vending machine before putting my laundry in to wash. Got told I couldn't be inside the building if I wasn't doing laundry. The lady running the place was very condescending towards me. I will not be coming back.

Awesome! Room for 30-ft Class C RV. New machines, very clean, AC, friendly owner! Good prices too!

Recent visit after 'upgrades.' New machines and prices so I asked the attendant (Margaret?) a question about this and she was literally hostile. I just wanted to know how much time for $1 on the dryer! I bit later I tried to tell her I didn't think washer number 15 was working correctly as all it was doing was spinning, and she literally yelled a response. I asked her why she was yelling and she said she wasn't directing it to me. I think she was complaining that no one cared - maybe she meant the owners? Obviously I wasn't going to tell her one of the machines didn't give me credit for a whole dollar (I put the coin in right, it just failed to register). Now if this attendant had not been there at all, I would still have a negative review for the reasons mentioned above, but she made a possible 3 star review a 1 star review. I don't know what the issue is here, but others are complaining as well. Looks like I'll have to go out of town to find a decent laundromat. (It's ridiculous to charge $2 MORE for an extra rinse).

Place is well maintained and clean. Machines worked well and are reasonable. No problems except change machine wouldnt change a 20.00

Nice equipment, well maintained and pretty convenient location

Nice clean establishment with new equiptment allowing me to get my laundry finished much faster than at others I’ve used in the past. Attendee was very friendly and helpful. 10/10 will be using Mr. Suds again in the future.
