The Laundry Room

Took my clothes here last night. They were in the dryer, almost done, at 10 PM. Last wash is at 10. I get there, and the door is locked with the lights on. No employees there. My clothes are now hostage to someone too eager to close early. I come back at 630 AM to get my clothes, so I can, you know, GO TO WORK, but here it is, closed, lights off, locked, not an employee to be found. The phone number to call goes to VM. No one here to help. Now I have to rearrange my work day because someone can't be bothered to operate their business with the hours they have posted. This is how you lose business, this is how you lose customers, THIS is how you lose money. Needless to say, when and if someone shows up, I'm getting my wardrobe and I'm never coming back here again.

If I could not give a star I would. Came today. First the change machine wouldn’t take my money so I had to leave and get quarters. Then the machine kept stealing my quarters. Says $9 for a wash but it cost me almost $15. This place is janky and it’s not clean. When you try to call the number goes straight to voicemail. Bad management. This place isn’t worth coming to again. Will not be back.

A lot of equipment was out of order. No instructions on how to use or which equipment to use. We were not the only ones who had a problem with it. But, I will say that it was Quick on triple loads, and VERY HOT DRYERS. The attendant was not there until later, then she was very RUDE complaining that we got or dropped water in floor, we stepped on a wet spot complaining a bout it to us, like we did it on purpose. We were getting clothes out , again fussed about the floor and that HER BOSS may have seen it while she was gone. Not like it was spotless. Garbage left everywhere, soda bottles, chip wrappers, and other misc clothing in laying in the floor. I found it to be very RUDE to say anything! It IS HER JOB to ensure a clean comfortable facility as much as possible!! accidentally Confronted us

I only gave it 4 stars because the last time we were there, the air wasn’t on. It was like 95 degrees in there. But this time there it was clean and the air was working. It was cool inside.

This place needs a lot of help. more out of order signs then properly working machines. Also it's $1 for the first 5 min on the dryer then 5 minutes each quarter.

Grateful for the big washers and the dryers are always working really good. I appreciate the nice Lady who works there, thank you!!

Nasty, the owners obviously dont care. They dont open on time. The place is nasty. Has to be a health risk, just going in. Becoming an eye sore. Pretty sad, i wont be back. Dont come when theyre suppose to open, probably wont be.

Washers and dryers work well. The vending machine for dryer sheets do not work. I was unaware of them being out of order. When I put money in it to get a dryer sheet pushed handle and pushed the handle in, it took my money but did not give me the dryer sheets. Then I approached the owner to let her know, she told me it hasn't worked in a long time and it would not take my money because the slide would not allow you to put quarters in it. She did NOT refund my money nor offer to do so. I do not appreciate her basically saying I was not tell her the truth. So please do not put your money in it she will not refund your money.

Last week I put a $20 in , no quarters came out. Lost that $20 called the number left message no one has responded. Just now I take 20 in quarters with me , start putting in machines lost 21.00 $ and one machine said I still owed 50 , and a few seconds later said .75 , the other machine shows I still own 4.25 . This is not okay there are cameras for proof . Left exact times to refer back on . Shame on you

There have been multiple times that I have went here, seeing as I go every weekend.. that all my money gets stolen because the machine won't take the last couple dollars worth of quarters. Whoever is supposed to work there does an absolutely awful job of keeping the place clean, and emptying the machine of quarters. I am absolutely sick of getting robbed by this place, and I won't be back.
