If anyone would answer the phone about anything it would be ok, but still a broken place is what you would say a broken place is. The reason you are going to the laundromat in the first place is because of the fact your washer/dryer doesn't work and is broken in the first place. So we go and give money to a business that doesn't answer if the machines gone out and through no fault of ours. Give money again and a STILL no.... NADA. Not I'm so sorry I'll give you the money back, but not answer the phone either. Preying on people that go to wash and dry clothes because their washer or dryer broke and then yours, the ones you sell us the opportunity to use for 8 bucks?? are broke as well? This is thievery. Just saying

Put the dryer on medium and I came back check on my clothes and it was on high, my clothes smell burnt and they were too hot for me to even take out of the dryer. Told the attendant and she told me to put it on low next time and proceeded to explain different temperatures to me. God forbid I try and alert someone to a malfunction and they don't listen to me. Not the first time this has happened to me there, why would a dryer even need to get that hot? Addition: operator error???? So I put the dryer on high and burnt my clothes deliberately just give you a bad review. I PUT IT ON MEDIUM AND IT CHANGED ITSELF TO HIGH. FIX YOUR MACHINE. And I just checked my bank account and I was charged $9 for a $7 washer? Explain that

Charged me $9 for a washer listed for $7, place is consistently dirty and there is never any attendant on duty, many of the dryers don't close properly resulting in them opening and stopping randomly so I often come back to clothes that are still wet, and today I had to fight one of the washers for my clothes back, when I finally reached a person on their “customer service” line to ask about the washer I was talked down to, it was insinuated that I had broken the washer, and then the woman on the phone raised her voice and hung up on me. Extremely extremely rude and unprofessional.

I was there 11/22/23 and had lost my wallet. I have been trying to call them, went up there and no one was there, and even sent them messages that they read and they have ignored me. My wallet literally had everything in it that someone needs to steal my identity so I have been absolutely stressed and worried about it. Update: went there today 12/31 and the young man that was working there had my wallet put up for me all this time 😭😭😭😭 thank you so much!

Should be ashamed raising prices when there's grey water on the floor every other day

I have been coming here for about 4 months and not only has the dryer taking my money but the air does not work they have ceiling fans and they do NOT work I have tried to call every number possible and now I have been here at the Montevallo suds r is for about 2 hours and the washer has stopped working and will not release my clothes I have texted I have called and no response

Dirty on the outside and dirty on the inside. Had 2 washers stop mid load leaving our clothes soaking wet. Somewhere along the process a lighter that was not ours broke into pieces in our clean laundry. Took multiple drying cycles to get the clothes dry. On top of there there was no attendant to help or anyone willing to answer on any of the phone numbers. Gross place with terrible customer service.

I would have given SudsRus 5 stars, but the bathroom is absolutely horrible. It smells... ceiling on down to the floor. It's always like this... wish the owner would do a deep cleaning and put a sign up asking customers to respect the bathroom

First time here and the attend ( Jessica) is awesome!! It's clean seem like they are trying to move forward with technology with using cards instead of coins! Great location, clean inside & outside and will be back!

Decently clean place for the number of people who come and go, some of the dryer doors have problems staying shut that I noticed. They have fairly good prices for their washer and dryers for the amount of clothes that you can do at one time.
