When had to visit a couple of times this past week while I was at my daughters. Her dryer went out and the place is very clean and convenient. Large dryers start at $2.75 and the smaller dryer start at $2. I'm not really sure about all the washers that the small ones I believe are 3.50. There is no staff there to help you with anything so you need to make sure that you have money to change and their change machine and your own supplies
There is NO reason to go to this place. Maybe if you absolutely need a middle of the night laundry fix. The machines are dirty and there's nothing comfortable at all about the place. When it first opened it was a much better experience but it has gone way down hill. Most recently, more than half of the dryers were out of service and they stole money. You're encouraged to text the phone number on the wall with problems but you'll likely get no response. There's no ATM if you need cash for the coin machine. Also, there's hardly any phone signal in the building so you can't even use your phone while you wait. I had to drag my wet clothes out of there and take them to the other place to dry. I should have gone there from the beginning. Save yourself the trouble and go to that other laundromat on the other side of town by the ABC store. They have machines that work and it's staffed during the week if you care about that sort of thing. Unlike Bright & "Clean", the dryers there let you put just one quarter in at a time for as little as 3-min with no minimum $ Never again B&C! NEVER!
I am disgusted and I knew better than to try a new Laundromat. Every single soap dispenser HAS MOLD AND soap scum build up, each washer stinks as if no one runs a cleaning cycle on them NEVER. Prices are ridiculous high, 2.25 for a dryer, 3.50 for a small washer gtfoh. Lesson learned, just because you put glitter on a pos doesn't make it shiny. Will attempt to call and reconcile the fact I have to rewash everything else where now due to allergy of mold. Seriously how are you going to call your self bright and clean llc and have a nasty disgusting store front. Make it make sense
Open 24 hours dispite in comments last load in old post. Great place if you go in the wee hours LOOK at machines. If no lights on don't put money in. Also don't load clothes before looking to see if there is an out of order signe. Common sense I know. I met one of the owners last year. He seemed like a great guy trying to do his best to take care of customers and his new busines
Not well kept, I will never go back at night- Scary, very DARK parking lot! Not much light I’m sure cameras don’t cover the parking lot- possible drug deals going on late night.
This place used to be owned and managed by a lady who kept it meticulously clean. It was a nice place. New owners bought it a year or so ago, and instantly jacked the prices up. The place has gotten grosser and grosser. There's always trash laying around in it, the crowd that comes in there is totally different than it used to be, and sloppy. You'd better bring lots of cash cuz it was double what it used to cost last time I went. It's totally not worth it, and I can't begin to explain the atmosphere shift downward into filth that it's become. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. It's absolutely nothing like it used to be. Owners matter everything. The previous lady had a passion for excellence. Clearly, the new owner is consumed with nothing but dollar signs, and the environment reflects the lack of excellence in customer service. It's like a run down shack environment inside of there now, and a creepy place to go.
Needed to wash my pillows and oversized bedding. I never realized this gem was here. It was very clean. Not busy, and the machines worked great. I loved they have xxxl washer and multiple others sized ones.
I don’t use the laundromat often, but, I used it yesterday and was very disappointed in how much it had changed. In the past it has been very clean. Now there are layers of dust and dirt on the washers and dryers outer doors and tops. Floors dirty. Stinky. Had three dryers that we tried that didn’t work. So sad.
I will never go back to this laundromat the dryers made a weird noise they did not get my clothes dry the cost of 2.25 for the smaller one and 2.75 for the bigger none of my clothes got fully dry I even added fifty extra cents for six mins in each dryer (yep a quarter only gets u 3 more minutes)it's Also super dark and isolated so while I am ok I'm sure a single woman by herself would be pretty spooked(so dark I can't see the other end of the parking lot) I will never come here again while it's awesome hours for those who need late night early morning access but come on man at least get some lights and fix ur machines P.s. the washer cost $ 5.25 to use on hot yes they charge u more if u pick hit water and heavy load every other washer I've seen stays the same flat fee
Love that they are open 24/7! Always clean and quiet. My only complaint is how dark it is outside at night. I would definitely feel safer if there were some exterior lights.
