No Quarters, no Soap, half the machines out of order. I think the guys don't want you to spend your money there. Find something else in town. Not worth it. By the way, how can a place be out of quarters, when all their machines are fed with quarters.

Went to wash my family's clothes there today, and we ended up walking out.... Thankfully before we loaded any of our clothes. Literally every single one of their washers were full of dog hair and dirt. I put a napkin in there to see if I could wash one out and then looked at all the other washers and each one was more dirty. So if you do have to wash there .. check the inside of there washers before you put your clothes inside!!!

The shower was wonderful for $1.75. Plenty of hot water. The downside is you had to get a key from the front desk at the motel, but that’s also a good thing because not everyone can stop in for a shower. The water lasted long enough for a shower and washing my hair.

Out of 20 machines, 9 are out of order. NONE of the washers have hot water.

This place is HORRIBLE. The showers are disgusting, they do not get cleaned on a regular basis. The showers are full of black mold, covered in soap scum and clumps of hair cover the shower drain and stuck to the walls. They have a key system for the showers but no attendant in the building to make sure people are following the rules, so theres a 50/50 shot that when you get the key from the hotel desk, and you unlock the shower room door, you walk in on some stranger naked in the shower because the person before you didnt lock the door behind them so other people start using your shower. Self locking doors have been suggested on multiple occations but they refuse to spend $50 on new door knobs to ensure people dont get walked in on while naked. The building itself reeks of urine and trash always on the floor. Half the machines are perpetually out of order and some of them arent marked as such, leaving you to put all your quarters in only for the machine to not work. Make sure you lock your car doors when you go in because this is a meth user hang out. Be prepared to waste your time and money at this business.

I’ve half the the machines don’t work. You now have to leave your ID at the hotel front desk to get get a key for the shower or bathroom, the price per load went up. I’ll be going elsewhere

They won't rent to locals, so that's irritating enough. Today I went to get a shower and put 10 quarters in the machine and it wouldn't start. I called the front desk and the female that answered was extremely rude and said I would have to contact maintenance in the morning. I live in the woods and can't just drive back to town tomorrow for $2.50. Just done with this business. Will be surprised if they have any customers if that rude woman at the front desk works there for long.

Today. April 24th 2022 our waching machine broke we were very busy all day and wasn't able to have time to get laundry done until later in evening. We looked online and as everyone can see it says 11. Get here and half the machines are broken down and 1/3 of them are filled with cat hair and dirt was all over the place, including the machines. Looks like no one had swept in months. And the washer worked fine but we has to spend over 15 dollars to make sure out clothes are dry and then around 9:25pm this angry woman comes speeding in the parking lot with her window down and goes inside and loudly tells me husband "20 minutes until we close you know!!" And slams the door. We have spent hours and about 30 dollars here (not to mention their change was out of order) and now have to bring back wet clothes.im pretty bummed out.

Smallest dryers I’ve ever seen, and they take a full $2.25 to start. They have one large dryer that goes by 25c/x minutes, but it gets so hot it could melt synthetics. and the tumbler is so old and beat up theres several protruding sharp jagged metal points that could damage or rip apart anything delicate.

All the machines are broken and if the coin box is full then those machines AND SHOWERS don't work either. Wasted time and gas to drive there just to go home dirty. Do better!
