Vip Dry Cleaners & Laundromat

Not only recently filed out the v I p allows homeless people to take a shower and wash a free load of clothes once a week. This is what corporate responsibility is meant to be a prime example of giving back period I want to give them a shout out. That I think this is fantastic, a great public service. I've used them for years. I've always gotten good service at A. Reasonable rate But I've never really had a reason to review it and say something in particular. So I appreciate the fact that I do keep up the great work communities need this

Highly recommend. We’ve been on the road for 2 weeks showering at campsites and truck stops. This was by far the best shower I’ve had. $5 for 12 minutes and steaming hot. An extra $1 gets you fresh towels. Got a load of laundry done in under 2 hours and back on the road so fresh and so clean. Met the owners too. They do a lot for the community; providing a free shower and load of laundry to the homeless on Sundays. Thank you VIP!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We have been here before.They dry cleaned my winter coat and did a good job on it. Their washers and dryers are a reasonable price to buy new. Examine your heart pray about why you gambled

My favorite laundromat for over 10 years. The owner is extremely sweet and helps out with the community. We try to donate whenever possible, all proceeds go to showers and laundry for the homeless. Love this place.

I love this place! The owners are so great they even help homeless people by offering free showers and a load of laundry! To me, that's such a great community effort put forth by the owners of this place! Thank you & 5* Kudos to VIP Dry Cleaners & Laundry!!

This place has more machines that are broken and the door's off of and it's sketchy stuff.Then it helps running. They may be nice people but the place says the dust of being ignored. I only gave it a 2 because the cow at the counter seemed to be nice. Other than that, it should be a one .

I work in the same building as these guys. Our bathrooms were out of order so I tried to use theirs when a rude lady "greets" me. When I explain the situation she glares at me and tells me I'm not a customer. I've only ever had rude treatment from these guys and I would never suggest going here

Great place for truckers to park nearby, do laundry, grab a hot shower, and get some food nearby. We came up from the lower 48 to deliver and stopped here during our reset to catch up on some laundry and get a shower. We ended up here partly to say we drove through the north pole, and partly because the nearest shower we know of for truckers is to rent a hotel room for about a hundred bucks. Showers here at VIP are cozy and clean. 12 minutes of water is $5.00 and it was enough time for me. The water was hotter than it needed to be, and I like hot showers. The staff was friendly and helpful, and made my wife and I feel welcome. I would definitely stop here again for a shower and laundry when I'm up this way again.

Staff were helpful. Sad. It was not very clean this visit. Probably over half of the machines were not working.

We take all our dry cleaning here. Our clothes are always perfect and ready when promised. We have used their services dozens of times. The customer service is so good. She knows us and our clothes even if we forget the slip, she knew what I brought in! I was blown away. We love Jo and her heart for the community! She is so so generous with the homeless and services provided. We will continue to utilize the dry cleaning services. Thanks Jo!!

Walked in and walked straight out. Most of the washers were out of service and a few of the dryers either didnt work, or they had stickies with "no heat" on them on 07/10/2022

5 dollar for 12 min shower. Water is hot. Great service too.

We have been here twice now for showers and once for washing clothes. These people are some of the kindest people I've met! Showers are clean, priced well, and have plenty of nice hot water. I will definitely come again.

My husband and I are truck drivers that usually run the lower 48. We had a load up to Alaska and had to do our reset here. A standard truck stop couldn't be found, but we really needed a shower and clothes laundered. This place was perfect! …

The woman behind the counter is amazing! So nice and helpful. We used the laundry and the showers. The showers were clean and hot! Bring your own towels, soap, and shampoo.

I dropped off a brand new set of AGSUs for a military ball the following week. VIP was able to complete all alterations and dry clean within 5 days (which was about 3 days ahead of schedule). Quality of work was great and fast. I definitely recommend this location for military personnel. Great product and close to Fort Wainwright.

Big improvement under new ownership! They are fixing and maintaining the machines. The machines are less expensive than Fairbanks laundry, and they now have two showers. Friendly people too!
