Blue Kangaroo Coin Laundry

I’ve been to many laundry mats around Racine. I drive across town to come to this one because they have the best washers and dryers for what you pay.

This place has gone completely downhill since it first opened. The only reason I even went there today was because my regular laundromat is closed on Sunday. Their hours are wrong on Google, so I started calling around 6am to see if they were open. Nobody picked up the phone until 7:30. When I got there the attendant Jose was extremely rude when I asked him why he wasn't answering the phone. He literally said "What about it". The place is dirty, there were garbage cans full of trash and nobody was wearing a mask not even the guy who worked there. I made the right decision long ago to stop going here.

They lock the doors earlier than 10:30 which is what the sign on the door says. Ran by rude Mexicans who don't wanna work. Definitely stay away on the weekends the older Mexican lady is not nice at all.

Im from Racine and I came back into town to visit and stopped hear to do some laumdry i litterly told my friend it was a good place from what i remembered well and let me tell you this was the worst service I've ever had the staff was unfriendly and rude although the place was somewhat clean the staff is RUDE they dont deserve buisness with they way they treat people. Will never visit here again when im in town and i hope everyone else finds a new place.

Well laundry machine are not that clean Staff un friendly. The price is affordable The woman bathroom isn’t allowed to be used . Used for staff only i had to use mens . Thumbs down for ever coning back here

Always clean never have I been there and it was dirty, and go at least once a week for my clients

I went to wash there I had a coupon it said free wash .I gave the man my coupon.amd he gave me 275 back in the coupon it didn't say what size of mechine.and I went again I only had 15$ I put more then 10$ in there.i told the boy about the problem.and he told me why did you keep putting coins in .I told the boy I was hitting the mechine it went down.boy tell me nexe time you have problem don't put coins in call someone.i told him .you knew you had problem with the mechine why do you let everyone use it???????

The poor customer service, locking the door 2 hrs ahead before closed I ask for change they wouldn't give me. One of the worker couldnt speak english. They wouldnt refund me when my coin struck on the machine. I will not come back to this spot. One of lady was very rude.....

Some of the machines have mold and smell like mildew.

Went in there on a sunday evening around 7 PM and there were no washers yet there were already washed clothes sitting in the machines and the attendant was wiping off machines ,just looking around.
