Lamoille Laundry Center

I was visiting the area from out of state and needed to get some laundry done. All the machines were in good working order and the gentleman in charge was constantly cleaning and wiping things down. Good place to go to do your laundry.

First off this IS A PUBLIC LAUNDROMAT!!! Yes the staff do the drop off laundry in the morning and they use the same machines as the walk in customers, yes sometimes they use a lot of them BUT IF YOU GO IN AND LET THE STAFF KNOW YOU WOULD LIKE TO DO YOUR LAUNDRY YOURSELF THEY WILL DO EVERYTHING TO ACCOMMODATE YOUR LAUNDRY NEEDS! You will find that the staff are very respectful and reasonable to deal with. Plus this business helps our community by excepting vouchers for low income/homeless families to do their laundry!

Was pretty chill. Not too expensive and took credit cards too. Felt safe as well, left to run some errands while my laundry was in and didn't have any second thoughts about it. Solid.

Absolutely LOVE this laundry Mat until TODAY when me and my mom came in to do laundry and ran to the pharmacy to grab a prescription to return to the laundry mat and a couple removed our laundry WITHOUT permission! We had timers set on our phones when the laundry was going to be done so I’m quiet upset and irritated that these slimey people thinking it’s okay to touch other people’s belongings regardless if we were running 3 minutes late for our wash! Absolutely unacceptable!

A great laundromat that takes credit card but basically impossible to do your laundry here before 4 pm because all the machines are being used for hotels in Stowe. I have had to turn around and walk out disappointed more than once because the hotel workers are using every single machine.

Technically a public laundry but the lower star reviews discussing how it is overrun with staff doing high volume hotel orders is 100% correct They're friendly and reasonably accommodating but this is a far cry from convenient. If you don't go early on a weekend or late afternoon on a weekday it is unpleasantly crowded.

Everyone is very nice. It depends on what time you go in to get a washer.

Sorry but I've been by multiple times right at opening to have every machine already in-use by staff. This is after trying to come other times later in the day as well. When I mentioned this to a staff, they unhelpfully suggested I "line up outside before opening"-- to what, compete with the staff that's already inside filling up machines? Seems like not many opportunities for public to do laundry, but the place is clean if you manage to find a lucky time.

My laundry basket was full of other people garbage when I was leaving tonight. A couple people were in and out but the only person. Really in there while I was waiting for my laundry was the guy cleaning before close. I've never had an overly negative experience but just having people empty detergent, discarded food containers, and empty bottles out of the trash where I'm putting my clean clothes is pretty disgusting.
