Mr. Dry Cleaners

Dropped off a shirt to have pressed for family pictures and told them I needed to have it back by Saturday. They assured me that wasn't going to be a problem I even called a couple of days later to make sure and was assured again I would have it Saturday. Called on Saturday and was told it would be ready Monday. I told them the only reason i dropped it off was because I was told I would have it Saturday in time for pictures and was fed a bunch of b.s. I will never use this dry cleaner again and will never recommend them to anyone. Don't make promises you have no intentions of keeping. We now have to scramble to find a new shirt for my son to wear before pictures. Would give a 0 star rating if I could that is how disappointed I am with this businesses service. Absolute garbage

Both of the ladies that helped me when I dropped off and picked up were very nice. They did an awesome job with my suit, and even had it done a day earlier than expected. Also they have the lowest prices I could find. 5/5 would definitely recommend.

Hazel is an incredibly nice knowledgeable Lady. It was very professional when I had questions about some stains that I need to take out. Of My dry cleaning came back perfect looks like brand new clothing I would go Nowhere else for my dry cleaning needs. I highly recommend them to everybody. And if you need something done in a hurry they usually can accommodate you very satisfied 😊

After many years of using Mr Le cleaners, they have become hard to work with. I took 2 pair of trousers, along with braces buttons to them to have the buttons attached. The trousers came back with less sturdy two hole buttons. I took them back for completion of the job. Their corporate office called me to say I would be charged again for what I asked for. I did not and will not pay yet again for a job I expected to be done correctly in the first place. Sorry Mr Le, but you've lost my business.

Throughout the many years, I have used their dry cleaning service since it’s cost friendly and close by. This time I very disappointed with their process. I literally paid for their service today picking up nothing. It has been a few weeks since I forgot my shirt. I arrived and she asked me to spell out my last name to look up on their system. Literally after I paid, she states that the item has been picked up. I was confused at first thinking that one of my relatives may have picked it up. They have it on their system that I dropped it off the the 12th of January and someone picked it up on the 17th of January and it shows the items description. I just wished that she would of given me a tag as reference. She tells me that that they don’t give out the tags unless the customers ask. I noticed another white shirt hanging through the drive-thru and I asked her if that is it. She grabs it and asked me to give the description of the shirt and I said “size 18 or 19 and it’s a men’s warehouse (pronto uomo) shirt.” When she shows me the inside of the shirt and it says Van Heusen shirt size 20 I knew that wasn’t my shirt. I told her I will check my house and see if it’s in my house and I will check with my cousins. After checking my house and with my cousins, I returned back just very confused how an item goes missing through this process. So when I came back and asked her, “so basically anyone can come by and just say they are picking up a shirt and describe it and leave with it without paying?” She tells me that anyone could of just picked it up or another one of her workers may have given it out. But I was confused because I just paid for it today with nothing. Overall, I understand it’s just a shirt. But with the process of this location dry cleaner they can at least give out the tags no matter what. I learned my lesson and will just ask for tag no matter what. As far as the service she provided for me she could of handled it better instead of giving me a dead end response.

Came back with dirt marks on new curtains. I arsked them to press them on the top part of the curtains. They took all the pleats out except the very top 3 inches.on a95 inch curtain. They said they would press them again the way I wanted them but I needed them for company that weekend. They said to bring them back, no problem. I had to go back 2 more times and then was told they wouldn't help me...ugh!!! Go anywhere else. Very frustrating experience. I should have just pressed them myself!

I haven’t had any issues with this location. Quick in and quick out, they got my sports coat cleaned and pressed a day early. Prices are reasonable.

These guys always do a great job and do it quickly. I get a text when it is ready, and they are either on time or early. Great people!

I called to get an estimate on alterations. The phone was answered with “Call back, i’ve got a customer “ goodbye Mr. Le.... you’re not the only one doing alterations.

Amazing customer service. And the prices are good.
