Mr. Dry Cleaners

I’ve been taking my work uniforms to be dry cleaned here for years. They add that personal touch by getting to know their customers by name. It is appreciated! My dry cleaning is always completed when they say. I have had some items in for alterations as well. One was a custom project and it turned out great. Thank you Grace!

I have taken shirts here as long as I remember and I have always liked the way my shirts looked. I liked them enough to drive the extra distance after they moved. I generally take 10 or 11 shirts each time and the cost falls in the mid to high 30's range. I have taken the same shirts for years, but the last time I went they charged me over $50 for 11 shirts. When I asked the reason for the increase they told me my shirts were too big for their machine and had to be hand pressed. I called a dry cleaners closer to me and was assured regardless of my shirt size they would cost the same. I can save $12 to $14 going there. I'm going to give them a try and may not be back to Mr. Cleaners if I like the new place.

This place was terrible! When I went in to get alterations done for a suit and dress shirt they originally told me that it would be ready in a week and a half, which was perfect because I needed it done in a little over two weeks in order to get pictures done for my wedding. After I paid for the alterations they then tell me that it will be done in two weeks, more specifically the day after I needed the suit for wedding pictures. I asked if they could get it done one day earlier or I would need to take them to some place else to get alterations done. She said they could absolutely have them ready in time and I could pick them up any time after 3 pm. The day comes to pick them up and I confirmed with them that it would be ready at 3 and they said yes. At 2:45 I head in hoping to grab them as soon as they're done. I then find out that "any time after 3" meant that it would be done closer to 4 and they would text me. At 4:30 (an hour and a half late for my wedding photography shoot) I called again and she says they need 15 more minutes. I head in after 15 minutes and then they tell my that my dress shirt was done, but they hadn't even started working on my suit! I understand I asked for a day earlier than when they said it would be ready, but when I got there I was told that it would be done well in advance. If you are unable to do your job then tell me before hand and I would have happily gone somewhere else to get the work done instead of being jerked around for 2 and a half hours waiting for my suit to be done. Go literally anywhere else for alterations!!!

I have only been here a couple of times, the first time was to have some dresses altered for a vacation. She was able to get them done quick. The prices seemed a bit high but without knowing for sure I left my dresses there any way. One of my dresses ended up being longer in the front than the back. I took it back to her and she fixed it in a timely manner. The second time I went I needed to get a ballet costume fixed and some pants hemmed. The prices that she quoted me were more than double on the pants than other places and my daughter's ballet costume was 6x more expensive than a previous company I had gone to for the exact same fix. I will not be going back to Choe's based on her high prices. Quality of work was fine.

I brought my dress here a while ago to get the zipper fixed and they did an awesome job! They replaced the tan zipper with a cool red one that makes me love the dress even more!! :)

I got excellent service. The ladies who work there were super nice and helpful. I was getting a new zipper installed on my ski coat because my last one broke at the bottom. They installed a new zipper, an even better one than the original. It saved me maybe $100+ and I would highly recommend them for any alterations you need.

Dropped off 5 items, one of them was my wedding dress. I went to pick it up a day after they said it would be done and it still wasn't ready. No problem. I go back 2 days later and it still wasn't done. Went back today and 4 of the items are done but they had no idea where my wedding dress was. They said they would call around and they'd call me when they had more information. Dont bring items you need fast or important items.

(My receipt says "Mr. Le's Cleaners") I dropped off a cream colored blazer that I had not dry cleaned for 8 years or more. It was embarrassing, it looked so bad. Michael didn't make any guarantees but they said they would give it their best shot. When I went to pick it up on Saturday, it looked good -- but they asked if they could keep it a little longer because they wanted to see if they could work on some harder to clean spots. I came back Monday and it was perfect! They had hand washed the cuffs and got out something that looked like rust. I offered to pay more and they declined. Excellent job!

I've been sending my cleaning to Mr. Lee for a while now. I had a concern with 3 of my pants but was not sure if the problem was a result of the dry cleaning process or not. I reviewed it with their team, they took the time to explain the process and we both tried to determine how what happened could have been from the dry cleaning. Neither of us could make the connection but they still wanted to research more. They called and we discussed and together decided it was not the dry cleaning process. Most companies would have just told me to go to Hell. They listened, took a team approach and we made a team decision. I was so impressed with their kindness, care and actions! Even when we determined it was not their fault, they went the extra mile. That, my friends, is true customer service! Thank Mr. Lee's Cleaners team!

Choe's has never told anyone that she would not do there cleaning unless they pay cash as one person claims although she does offer a discount if you do. It was also stated that alteration prices were too high but if you call around you will find that is not true either and she will sometimes tell people that it may not be worth altering something, and she never gets ignorant with anyone unless they start it. She is a sweet wonderful person that loves her customers and bends over backwards to please them. Choe has been in the dry cleaning and alteration business in the South Jordan and West Jordan area for over 30 years now and has many loyal wonderful customers. She tries her best always but you just can't please everyone. I hope that people who read these negative reviews will take them with a grain of salt as they are mostly not true and come in and decide for yourself. Thank you.

They got my suits cleaned in less than 24 hours for a wedding i was going to. Multiple day celebration is why i had more than one rushed. Very friendly staff.

Great service. Locally owned & the owner is hardworking & does great at attending her customers. The comments bellow are unreasonable because my experience has been great with Choe's I definitely recommend her.

We love Mr. Le’s. They treat you like family. They are the best in town for alterations. We trust them with all our business.

Dropped off a jacket to have an iron on patch put on. Took 2 days to finish and the patch was perfectly upside down. An American flag should never be upside down.

I'm new to the area. I've been very unimpressed with the service. Terrible pressing on my pants. They crushed the clasp and zipper pull on my suit pants then charged me $20.09 to replace the zipper.

Good job on my dry cleaning. Rates are reasonable.
