Unprofessional, Disrespectful, and Irresponsible – Avoid This Place After 18 years of loyal business at this location,—long before the current owners took over—I’m done. We dropped off a large dry cleaning order before a trip to Japan (June 26–July 14), including my wife’s Nordstrom vest and pants. After returning, we realized those key pieces were missing. We searched the entire house and confirmed they were part of the same order as a dress we did receive. When I went back to the shop and asked about it, the owner flatly said, “We don’t have them.” No apology, no investigation, no accountability. I asked for itemized receipts going back to June 20th to confirm what was in that order—he told me they don’t keep records past 30 days. Apparently, all they can confirm is that we paid $150 for the pickup. No breakdown. No traceability. When I asked if its possible that the items could’ve been lost or damaged, his exact words were: “Yes, by you, not by us. And I don’t have any patience to answer that.” Let that sink in. That’s the customer service standard here. All he had to do was say, “Let me look into it. You check at your end too, and we’ll talk again.” Instead, I got arrogance and blame. I’ve spent about $1,500 there in last 12 months—who knows how much over 18 years. Going forward? $0. If you value your clothes and expect even basic decency from a business, I strongly urge you to go elsewhere. This place is not worth the risk.
I have been coming here for over 10 years. I think they're under new ownership. The inside looks different and they couldn't find my name in the system. This is the first time in 10 years they couldn't find my name. When I asked if this is a new owner, he got upset and yelled at me. Absolutely horrible customer service. I will not be back. You had the chance to keep a customer for 10 years and you chose to chase him away. If you enjoy being yelled at for asking a question then this is your place.
I called asking for information about contacting customer service of any kind as I was having an issue with a different location and tried explaining the situation. Before I could even finish talking the man on the phone said something along the lines of “you need to contact them I don’t deal with that” and hung up. When I called back he said to not call back and hung up. I called another location and they told me each location is franchise owned and helped me even though I didn’t go through them. Whoever answered is very unprofessional and needs to get the stick out their rear end

They are pretty quick and are ready to change when things will be clean depending on the event! The prices are quite cheap.
Horrible experience. I’ve been coming for over 2 years. I never had a bad experience until today. I dropped my blanket off to get washed and picked it up yesterday. I brought it in with bleach stains and nothing else. When I opened it today it had 3 nasty black stains that look like it had been burnt. I called and spoke to whoever the manager is and he immediately said they didn’t do it and I did it myself. I ASKED FOR THE OWNER AND THE MANAGER REFUSED TO GIVE ME HIS NAME OR PASS HIM THE PHONE. I simply asked for a refund and told them they could have the blanket because I did not do those stains. He continued trying to argue saying to bad and I couldn’t talk to the owner and he wasn’t giving me the refund. If I’m not mistaken when a customer asks for a manger you are suppose to pass the information along. So they burn my blanket or stain it and now they say they can’t assist me. I will be disputing this with my bank and also going to the store to try and talk to the owner. HORRIBLE PLACE THEY WILL MESS YOUR STUFF UP THEN BLAME YOU AND NOT WANT TO REFUND YOU.
