******************** UPDATED Sept 14, 2025. Down to one star. I am sad to report that a couple weeks ago I made the mistake of using machine #6 again with the same problem as noted in my original post. I expected a properly functioning machine because it had been 4 months or so since my original bad experience and the machine was damp from recent use. I have to question whether any repair was attempted at all. Shame on whoever made the "repair." ******************** On Saturday April 19th at about 4:00pm, I loaded some clothes in machine #6, added my soap, etc. and $4.00. I then put another load in #7, etc. I then took my soap & supplies out to my car. When I returned #6 was at about 19 minutes & in a fast spin cycle which effectively wrung out the soapy water from my clothes. From about 15 minutes, it was in a waterless wash cycle for the remainder of time until the final spin at about 5/6 minutes. The clothes came out nearly dry & smelled like sweat. I put the load from #6 into #5. The cycles were more normal in #5. While I did not see water and suds during the wash, the clothes appeared to come out clean with a faint odor of the laundry soap. The finished clothes in #5 were more damp than they were after using #6. I put an "Out of Order" note on #6.
I was a little surprised at the prices but when I compared it to how much it cost where I live and the washer and dryer sizes, it was actually more of a deal. I came around 10:30 in the morning on a Saturday and was pleasantly surprised there were only a few people. It appeared well-maintained. The only thing I noticed were some washers and dryer out of order. I use one of the larger dryers and I went to do a second cycle and it seemed to have stopped on me because it took about a dollars worth of my quarters and wouldn't dry further. I think it was dryer “K”. If more people were there doing their laundry my experience may not have been as good. But overall, I do recommend this business.
Always do my laundry there and it's very clean and the owner is amazing!!!!
I've been coming here about 1-2x a month for the past year. I have never had a bad experience. Yes, the prices may seem high at first, but if you go to other laundromats in the area, this one is about the same price, if not cheaper. The owner also cares about his customers. Since it's fully self service, he isn't in often, but when he is, he will talk with customers and help out when needed.
Has kept items I left there for me multiple times. Super nice in person and on the phone. Seems like a normal guy, hard to come by these days. Closest ATM to here is inside the Sunoco about 0.1 miles away. He has a change dispenser in the laundromat! Signs for how to use the machines are hanging up! The place is clean.
The laundromat was clean. Other patrons were very helpful in answering questions. Only downside, no staff on duty to address problems.
It's reasonably priced and the machines mostly work. The dryers need to possibly be cleaned for lint, because my clothes were still damp and the machine didn't get hot, just lukewarm
I have used this laundromat for over a year when I had an issue with a washer tonight 11/12/2024 I callled the number on the door someone answered right away and arrived shortly thereafter to help me. GREAT customer service!!!! Much appreciated!!!!!
A clean, well-kept facility that is conveniently located. I came to wash an oversized comforter and the machine was being finicky about accepting my quarters. I called the number on the front of the door and the owner, Bill, was there within minutes to reset the machine. He also took the time to give me tips about using the machines he has to get me the best outcome.
It's very run down and a mess. I'll share a couple of pictures so you can see what to expect. Consistently most of the units are out of service.
