Don’t go here. I thought I could ignore how bad these reviews are and go and be fine, but I was wrong. Listen to these people. The dryer stole our money and we left with damp clothes. It also looks like it hasn’t been cleaned or taken care of in years. I hate to be this person but go anywhere else 💔 …
This place is pretty nice considering the competition. It's really pretty clean and there is free wifi. They have lots of tables to sit down while you wait. Most of the equipment is all new and runs great. It's slightly more expensive than the competition but with the cleanliness and new equipment I think its work an extra 25 cents per load. It's also pretty quiet early evening week days so you can get in an out and not have anyone in your way.
I'm not coming back here! Large capacity machine which is newish didn't run the full cycle the owner of the place was in here and did nothing. Spent 30 mins wringing out a blanket and was able to stop someone from having to go thru the same doom as myself. Machines cost any where from $3.25 for a small machine to $10.00 for a Xtra large washer. Dryers are either $1.00 to start for 20mins then .25 for 5 extra mins. Bigger dyers are $1.50 for 18 mins and .25 for 3 mins extra.. oh and there is the owner!!! Not the one in the pink jacket that's me of course lol
WiFi and outlets no longer work. Owner ignores calls informing him of this. Would easily be 4-5 stars if not for this issue. Machines work, I haven't had any issues w things catching fire or not getting clean, you might just have to run a heavier cycle if your clothes are sweaty (50 cents extra) and not overload the machines. Some machines are a bit dirty and there are occasional bugs but it's a public building with doors that open a lot so that's to be expected. Gas station across the street has food/drink and restrooms, and there is plenty of seating. Was really nice when there was WiFi, now I'd recommend bringing a book if you're going to stay a couple hours and don't have unlimited data.
My first time at this laundromat and will never go back. I had an issue with a dryer and when I spoke to the so called manager, he was extremely rude, unhelpful and very unprofessional. Calling me a lier and wouldn't refund money.
Clean, plenty of Machines at decent prices, good location. I've rarely seen an attendant on duty, and it often takes people multiple attempts to reach help via the posted number. Wifi's been out for months. No bathroom.
An absolute dump. Every washer needs to be cleaned out. The front loaders all smell moldy and the gunk inside the rubber ring.. yak. The windowsill and windows in the front are all rotted and falling apart. It’s a good indication of how this whole place is. 3.50 to wash, 4.50 for heavy load. It’s a laundromat… wouldn’t be a frequent user of this place, but I’m passing through Columbus and it was close to the hotel.
washer broke down mid wash and i couldn’t get in contact with any maintenance. unacceptable
I do my laundry here every week and every week all vending machines are stocked, the quarter machine is full and their isn't a line. The attendant is kind and dutiful and honestly for a coin operated laundromat on a major division 1 college campus, the machines and premises are clean. The area is safe and well lit and I've never once feared for my belongings when venturing to the store subway at the neighboring gas station.
Only trustworthy laundromat I have been to near campus. Any problems with machines owner will respond and sort out. Very professional management, students be ware of the scams near campus for laundry like blue bubble and save yourself the drama and headache, GO HERE - no wash card needed, just coins. Hands down best place for laundry.
