They are so nice and sweet. They have such good hearts & are good people. Love the way they so carefully fold my clothes and put them into my laundry bag. They are so amazing.

Usually have no problems....but the girl that was there tonight (Friday) was extremely rude and turned me away at 8:10 saying she has last wash at 7:45. You're losing a lot if customers with bad attitudes like that.

I checked your website this morning for the price of your large machine and it said $4.25. Great I brought in my queen comforter and asked the woman attendant where is the large machine where she pointed that’s the machine I used. As I put the quarters in I noticed it’s way more than $4.25, so I put in what was needed. Good thing I brought additional money. I asked attendant I thought your large machine was $ 4.25 her reply was we don’t have any machines that are that price. I showed her the website and proceeds to say oh I don’t know! I am assuming she pointed me to the extra large machine, no problem however your website never mentioned an extra large capacity machine and your large stated it was only $4.25. I asked her about the machine I was using now she said this is $6.00. Oh really!!! Very nice and polite person but when I said you should tell the owner there is incorrect info on website she said something I couldn’t understand and all I heard was oh owner knows!. Oh really! Wow $6.00 to friggin wash a comforter!!! Robbery!

It says on your website that it closes at 10pm, when I got there this very rude heavy set lady literally kicked me out, stating that she's closing. I can tell she's being lazy and doesn't want to do her job. Very poor customer service. I've been going to you guys forever, but because of the way she treated me tonight, I'm going some place else.

Suppose to be open til 10pm. Walked over 8:15pm exactly - door locked & when woman showed herself wouldn't let me in !! This is 3rd time gone there & locked out way before 9pm. Close way early every night & hours open false with current staff. Now showed up 8:10 PM & found out the hours listed here are WRONG FOR SATURDAY. They close & hours on the door say 9 PM closing on Saturday, not 10 PM. Door was unlocked & I was let in, as I said I would be out before closing.

Be careful when leaving clothes in dryer, after 9:30 p.m.. My sister put her clothes in dryer around 9:45p.m. and left to go rent a movie, well on her return about 10:10p.m. to her surprise the laundromat had closed already, meanwhile it clearly states on the hours of operations that the laundromat is open till 11p.m. this happened yesterday 6/7/14 Saturday evening. So she had to go back today to get her clothes and asked the workers what happened they started arguing with her and they said they close at 9:30p.m.? The owner needs to get involved and find out WTF is going on in his/her place of business or he/she is going to lose customers because of the employees wanting to shut down early to go out and party or whatever. Whoever owns this laundromat needs to have a sitdown with their employees.

I paid $4 (10% premium) extra for “the works” which is supposed to come with 5 hangers... of course i get zero and my dress shirts are folded underneath tons of other clothes. No one working there was able to help, really the frustrating part. Update: based on management’s response and the resolution at my next visit I can say that as far as the laundry service goes, it is a great place (perhaps somewhat dependent on who is working at the time). This most recent visit i did notice the clothes smelled and looked significantly better than the results from another local place. Update #2: on a subsequent visit explicitly asked for hangers for my shirts and paid for “works”, and again this time didn’t receive them. I do not mind paying the extra (the clothes don’t smell that good if you don’t) but I do not enjoy being inconvenienced. I go there quite frequently so you’d hope they’d have it down pat.

This use to be a nice place. Clean and reasonably priced. I don't know if they are under new management or something but prices have homme WAY up and the wash sms dry times have gone WAY down. You have to babysit the washing machine because water doesn't go in and the dryers don't get hot. So disappointing 😔 …

There is never any hot water available at this laundromat, you will always get a cold wash !!!!
