The hispanic woman working here is the most rude and uninterested employee I have ever seen. People are afraid to ask anything. Also, it is a very dirty place, I definitely do not recommend it. I just moved to this neighborhood. I will wash my laundry somewhere else.

It's a convenient place because the hours of operation makes it accessible to go after work but the washing machines are old however the owner does take care of the place but be careful in the evening because the guys that sell weed on the corners like to hang out in there

I tried their dropped off service. When I picked up my clothes and checked , three pieces of my clothes were missing . When I went back and informed them that my clothes were missing they tried to tell me that they gave me back everything. I insisted that I knew what I sent and I need my clothes. However, I happened to get back two pieces. So please take the time out to check your laundry before you drop them off and also when you picked them up.

They charge .25 cents per $1 on their change machine with no sign or warning on it, they literally stole my money. And nobody there spoke enough English for me to get my money back.

More than one machine does not always work. Outside of that, everything is great. Good customer service and very good location.

Need to shut down & get new machines & if ppl don't pick up their clothes that they drown to be wash, then after 30 days they go to charity

Dirty, they require you to wear a mask but the staff doesn't wear any nor does half of the customers.
