West 66 Laundry Mat

This place is AIGHT. It gets the laundry done and so far has been quite friendly. The times I've been here were not busy, save for the beginning of the months. My big concern is the street people. Nothing against them, it's just there's a little more than I'm used to here in Gallup. It's a pretty good atmosphere. Why 3 Stars?... No WiFi. And the bathroom is usually a little dirty. The hand dryer doesn't work to its best. But for the price of doing your laundry, it's tolerable.

I have not had a bad experience here yet. Since my washer took a dive, I have been washing here and am a satisfied customer!! I love the pricing and how fast the drivers dry my clothes...

Dryers that dry and fair prices for washing. Very tidy when not super muddy outside. Soda machine is only vending machine. Kids are restricted to age 12.

Forgot my clothes n the dryer and some greedy idiot stole them!! To make it worse I was told the Security Camera wasn't on that Day!!! Now my Daughter has no school clothes and I'm UPSET!! SHE WOULD AT LEAST TAKE THEM OUT AND GIVE IT TO THE LADY THAT WAS WORKING.. UGH!! ONLY IF I SAW HER TAKE THEM...

Worst service ever was just going in to ask a question, Asian lady behind the counter chased me out literally like a dog she picked up her newspaper and pushed me out while yelling at me. I will not be coming back here again. I advise everyone not to even bother with this place don't waste your time!!! Side note I know we're in the middle of this pandemic and mind you there was no line outside.

Westside of Gallup I like the prices but the employees are awful I use the dollar wash and I notice not enough water then the lady that works here said I add my own water .. n I said what about my soap she she said what kind r u using i said cheer its 11.00 dollars then she said that is not a good soap I said what .. i know it is a good soap i buy it all the time so i went off to my washer n added the water .. n here the water started leaking from the dryer door.. so I went to tell the employee lady that the washer is leaking from door she just gave me a look but I said I just wanted to tell u n that I am not cleaning it up.. This place is like that when a washer is leaking they want the people to clean it I mean I really would if I work here ..

Alot of people.. Always someone selling something..irritating..when your trying to fold & they're nagging...more disgusting is when parents use their small kids to sell for them!! That is WRONG!! Gallup needs to do somthing about this problem!!!

Price's on washers r fair, dryers r hot, but place is so small n hot..

This place has bad service! No chairs for the elders,NO WATER in vending machine,w other problems. Lady is RUDE😒 …

It was a very busy place. It was clean and staff was nice.
