This laundry spot gets the job done. Still has the old machines with quarters. The only problem I had was that during summer hours they did not provide AC inside. Customers are without air as the fans don’t provide as much Air. The restroom is also not available. You can still wash clothes but If you’re looking for an “ Exceptional service “ with 5 stars, then this is not your place.

the staff is friendly, nice and polite. what i disliked about this laundromat is the washers look nice and clean from outside but they have moulds inside. most of the time most of the dryers are out of service.

Some washer machines seem upgraded but all the dryers are extremely old and bad looking. The place is not clean at all. They definitely need to renovate machines and the place and make it more efficient, clean and nice.

Since the change of ownership, the new owners aren’t looking after their investment. The floors are filthy with no upkeep throughout the day. There are 5 dryers out of service. There is an amazing employee (Filipino gent) there & every time I’ve asked for help to open the vents, or to turn on the fans he gladly assist. I do miss the care the original owners take pride in their business!

It was acceptably tidy and clean. The building is a little old and may be needs some renovation especially on folding tables, as you can see in the photo. Everything was extra clean. Staffs was a housband and wife and the woman treated the place like her own home. Everyone was cleaninh everything after each usage. And the laundromart smells like really clean without any perfume.

Loved the environment! The people working here are helpful. Recommended!

New owner does not give a damn about how bad the service is, a lot of non working washers and dryers and guess what? They don't even fixed it anymore, totally bad!!

The owners are absolute sweethearts! I've known them since I was a toddler. They keep the place neat and clean. Machines are always clean and wiped down at the end of the evening. Dryers are hot and lint are remove daily. They always make sure washers and dryers are available to you readily. I've gone to a few different laundromat but Sip Ave is still the best!

A clean and well-maintained laundromat. Been coming here for almost four years. Family owned, very pleasant and efficient folk that run the space. Had a problem with one dryer only once in all four years and they instantly refunded my change and transferred wash to another’s dryer. Started drop off last month and clothes come back perfectly folded and clean. I also appreciate how Aunty waters and washes her plants when the weather is good; they maintain it as they would their home. That means a lot to me.

The people who run this place are very kind but they do not care for clothes properly. I separate my delicate clothes and because I "didn't instruct them on how to handle it" they melted a beautiful and expensive lace top of mine. I would expect a business who specializes in laundry to know how to properly handle clothes without being told. They do not have an area to hang dry items and make you feel like your stuff will be stolen if you don't let them dry it. They refused to reimburse me for the damage. I wash here every week and even though my total is never above $20 I consistently tip them no less than $5. If you plan to wash yourself this place may work for you but I would not recommend their Wash & Fold service.
