My husband and I decided to move into a smaller place. We love where we live, but unfortunately, our apartment does not have a washer and dryer. The New Hope Laundromat is 3 minutes from our house, has free wifi, lots of places to sit, clean bathrooms, and TONS of powerful washers and dryers of various sizes. I am new to the laundromat experience, but this place is not bad. We have hookups a washer and dryer in our apartment, but I honestly feel like it's not necessary to purchase any 🤷♀️ NOTE: I will say that the change machine is often out of quarters. I just went to Bank of America on capital to exchange $40 in cash for quarters, which was less hassle than banking on the change machine working.

the coin machine doesn’t give back the correct amount of change. I was shorted $2 each time I went to get change. They owe me $4 from this visit alone. This is ridiculous

The person in here is very rude one of the machine take three dollars from me and it doesn’t work when I came to him and tell him what’s going on he told me it’s not my problem I’m not gonna give you any money back when I asking him for the customer service to call and complain he start laughing so hard in front of everybody and he say I’m the owner you’re not gonna call no one, so for me is so disgusting because is not the way to treat customers! I never ever in my life coming back to this place!

Only been open for a short time so everything is new and clean. If you have to go to a laundromat, you want clean and comfortable. Also has free wifi.

My clothes were stolen out of the wash. And apparently not a soul saw anybody touch the dryer in my absence. Im on vacation.... They took everything. Worst trip ever!
