**WARNING. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS** I dropped off my suit (the only one that I own) to be dry cleaned for a a funeral. I dropped it off on a Saturday morning for a funeral on Tuesday morning and discussed the short turn around time with their front desk employee and I was assured that the suit would be ready on Tuesday morning. When I arrived on Tuesday morning, I was told that the suit would not be ready until that evening. After about 5 minutes of circle talk with the front desk employee, she decided to call the owner. I explained the situation to the owner and told him that the funeral was at 9:30 and that they had my only suit. All he could do was offer me a 10:00 or 10:30 pick up time. Later in the conversation, he disclose that there was a stain that was difficult to remove from my pants and that was the alleged reason why my suit was not ready. When I turned in the suit, there was no stain on the pants. This leads me to believe one of two things. One, there was not a stain and he was making an excuse for their poor performance. Two, they somehow got stained offsite and they were desperately trying to correct it before I found out. Even if it was a Stain, I should’ve been notified that my suit would not be ready at the agreed-upon time. After it was confirmed that there was no way to get the suit to the store location before the funeral that I had to attend, I went out and search of a new suit jacket. I ended up at target, the only store open before 9:00 am, and purchased a jacket for $90. Due to the tags being removed, the only option that I had was to exchange it. However, I did not have a desire to purchase a new jacket this day. Today, I return to the business to pick up my dry cleaning and request that the business cover the expense of the jacket that I had to purchase. The owner seemed insulted that I would purchase another jacket instead of just going under dressed to the funeral. I am now stuck with a jacket that I do not want and quite frankly did not have the budget for. On top of all of this, the owner did not once apologize for the inconvenience and seemed more annoyed at the situation than anything. I would strongly suggest taking your business elsewhere if you were looking for a professional and courteous experience. This establishment has lost my business forever and I hope that this review helps some of you avoid a headache like this one going forward.

I'm only giving one star because I have to in order for it to register as a review at all. I have NEVER had such a negative experience with ANY business, let alone dry cleaning, in my entire life. Not only did they not perform the services that I asked AND PAID FOR, but they refused to accept fault and correct everything on the back end. Instead, they LITERALLY came out and said that the customer is actually very frequently wrong and that I'm "lying". Additionally they urged me to post a review and report their company. After I informed them that we have been doing business with them for a long time and that we've actually referred over nine different people/families there over the years, the owner blatantly said "I don't care; we don't need any of you or your referrals' business". They were rude, obnoxious, and extremely ungrateful. I encourage anyone looking for dry cleaning/alteration services in the area to go elsewhere. Besides, they're expensive and their turnaround times are slow to begin with. With so many of these types of businesses being available in the area, you can EASILY find one elsewhere that has ownership and customer service that portrays gratitude and decency towards their clientele. I have never posted a negative review for ANY business because I believe in the fact that errors exist and mistakes do happen--we're all human. However, the experience with this "company" has left me so frustrated and upset that I couldn't help but to post this for the sake of helping everyone else moving forward and preventing anyone from encountering such an awful experience as I have. Besides, like I said, dry cleaners/alteration stores are a dime-a-dozen and can be found everywhere....just do yourself a favor and avoid this one. This place should be shut down with just how bad they treat their customers.

I walked in and asked if they had next next day service. The lady said yes if you pick up after 5. I said not a problem at all. She then asked for my phone number and said “Oh this is your first time here”. I replied yes. She then told me they couldn’t do the next day service because I am a new customer. How does that make any sense. Confused I replied ok well I’ll find someone that wants to take care of a new customer and gain their business. Not professional and a very poor attitude. Sad because Waxhaw is such an amazing area and businesses like that should not be here.

This place is great! The woman who owns/works here is so friendly and even gave us a discount our first time! They do dry cleaning as well as alterations. Will be coming here frequently!

Dropped off several pairs of pants and picked up. No issues. They’ve always been kind to my 2 year old also as she likes to look at the little statues.

The WORST PLACE to expect things on time, didn’t even clean my dress correctly, did not have ready as promised. Stay away from this place!!

This place is horrible, they don’t understand how to follow simple instructions. They will ruin your clothes.
