I like the cozy atmosphere of this laundry facility. Staff is very helpful when I was trying to get grass stains out of some clothes offering stain remover and baking soda. I appreciated how cordial they were to me. I find their prices very reasonable. They have top loading Speed Queen washers you find in homes, as well as large, high efficiency commercial washers for bedding or very large loads. Dryers are also reasonable. Love the small tables to sit while waiting for your laundry which are designed in washing area sections. Highly recommend.

Best laundromat in Great Falls. That being said, the others are not great. The machines that are working (lots are out of service) work great. $2 for regular machines, $5 for next size & $7 for biggest. Dryers (again, if not out of order & there are lots) are $.25 for about 8-10 minutes. Takes about 20-30 minutes to dry a normal load. Which isn't bad. Don't be afraid to use the big brown clunker looking dryers, they dry nicer than they look. The place itself is always very clean. There is a cleaners on site so there is always a few employees there. Good amount of seating, a few tables, vending drinks & snacks, quarter machine(no cups to hold them- bring a baggie) & folding tables. Customers generally use courtesy moving items from w/d right away. Typically busy. Why they don't fix all of the w/d is beyond me. There is a huge need for them.

Lots of working washer & dryers; a change machine that accepts $1, $5, $10 and $20 bills; and on-site attendant. Was quite busy on the Sunday afternoon I visited. I recently used their laundry fold service. Everything was clean, NEATLY folded and organized. They were in finishing as well. Worth the money spent.

Our dryer broke and I live over 70 miles away but needed to pick up a family member from the airport so decided to try this place since the laundromat closer to the town I live in is insanely dirty and had 4 working machines. Place was super clean, staff was around, friendly and attentive. Lots of machines which all worked except for a few which ones that didn’t work were labeled as such and someone (I’m assuming the owner who was very nice) was working on them. I also feel prices were super reasonable for a laundromat. .25 gets you ten minutes on the dryers which in my experience is more time than normal

Equipment fails coustmer service needs improvement but one worker was soft spoken was nice

Many machines are broken and the some other machines can't be used because they are only used for the company "drop off customers "

I brought my laundry in because it had piled up from just being too busy. I called early in the morning and had it in there before 9am. I was initially told on the phone it would probably be finished by approximately by 1pm. When I brought the little over 60 lbs of laundry I was then told it would be around 2pm, this is Deyna telling me this, which I was fine with 2pm. Well, 2pm came and went with no text. So I called. She proceded to inform me that she told me 5pm or later, and was extremely rude and condescending when I told her she never said that to me! She was practically calling me a liar! I don't appreciate that kind of treatment from anyone, even if she's the so called manager! I will never bring my laundry there again. Live and learn I guess. At least the gal that was there at 6pm was very courteous apologized for taking so long, so I gave her a tip.

Very convenient for a day I want to come down a few loads of laundry

I am new here. In a short time I've had to bring them a blanket with cat pee on 2x different occasions and thent with my child's vomit. All my blankets are oversized and super fluffy. I always get them back really quick and in beautiful brand new shape. This is the only place I trust to take my things to now. And the staff is always friendly and helpful.

Not bad at all, they have vending machines for a little snack and drink which is nice, I just wouldn't recommend leaving with your clothes still here, I've had someone open the washer as soon as I leave so my clothes don't wash, I don't think anything was stolen but it's still super strange, so watch your clothes!
