Not busy place. A lot of washers and dryers medium and large sizes. Coin changer and detergent available. Truck stop and big rig parking next to it. What else to ask.
Don't go unless you already have quarters, the coin machine is almost always broken and the manager never returns calls. I fed a $20 into the machine and it didn't give me the change, and I can't get a hold of him to get my money back
I would give this place zero Stars if I could! Broad and one load of laundry to use a dryer first off I was surprised it's still only quarter machines not new technology with the card chips. So I proceeded to put a load in $3 to dry I go to start it and it's rattling and dumping and squealing the owners in the back room I let him know he's giving me some excuse but it seems like there's always one that goes right to the machine that doesn't work I said well is it going to drive if not I'd like you to transfer to a different machine give me a puzzled face.... So he expects me to wait 35 minutes cycle to see if it's even going to work or dry when you should have just put it in one of the many other machines open next to it very poor customer service very rude!!!
The stuff doesn't work and it not marked that the washers are not working so you just waste money going here.
“What are you looking for?!” This is how customers are talked to from staff at this laundromat in a very rude and hostile manner for simply charging a cell phone. If you have a rule against using the power outlets, either a) remove the power outlets all together or b)have signage to inform customers that charging cell phones is not allowed (which would be a completely ridiculous rule to begin with). There is a very specific reason why this business has only 2 stars and I definitely will never be coming back here or recommending anyone in the area to come here. Take your dirty clothes, detergent, and quarters elsewhere. I’m very surprised this business is still open based on reading other reviews and the horrible customer service.
Visited for the first time back in February 2023 and came back yesterday. It was clean both times (not sure what anyone would see as dirty) with the attendant constantly picking up even small pieces of litter people either track in or drop. I was there for 2 hours washing 2 large washable rugs and he pulled a mop out to spot clean a couple of times for things people tracked in. Both visits I used the largest washers which there are 2 of. He has 4 sizes from normal washers in the main area with 3 greater sizes all the way up to the 2 big washers which are HUGE. One worked perfectly while the second machine had developed some idiosyncrasies that required the attendant to help me keep it running which he did without complaining. Basically, being used by various people over the years, the sensors on the second machine are touchy and the attendant did mention that the repair guy didn't believe him most of the time when explained the problems. Yes, you have to read instructions on the machines but both large dryers I used worked perfectly without any issues.
Get ready to get ripped off, My first time there and my last time. By the time I found a washing machine that worked, it was over priced. I didn’t think it did a rinse cycle so I put another $7.00 to rinse. I put my close in dryer and I come back 40 min later and soaking wet. The long hair old rude dude that was in there, simply says 1 word or 1 sentence that doesn’t make sense. Tells me that dryer is for special people and walks away. I asked what do you mean. Read the display. The display is confusing. It’s saying something about slash. I question him again. His reply is rude and walks away. I asked him to give me my dryer money back. So I can use a different dryer and this guy walks to the camera room, turns on camera and walks out of store tells me he’s broke. Walks into the bbq place next door. He has homemade signs that say large dryers with arrow to one side and another one pointing to other side of room. That doesn’t tell me anything. I should of known as soon as I walked in that place and washing machines are not working, place is dirty, and when I still used total of $14 to wash 1 load that it’s going to be a sketchy shady place. I’ll go back to take photos to show you how this place is.
The washers have filth build up, on them, and the dryers have dry down harden(POOP!) on them. They have an employee in there but he’s not cleaning and rude. filthy environment, machines, and service.
Not very clean machine also not clean
Great place. Clean. Everything working great. I’ll come back.. plus a truck stop near by
